A Stalker's Guide to Cha Seung Won Beom Su is a traffic control officer who dreams of becoming a baseball umpire. By chance, he meets Hyeon Ju, a theatre major who aspires to become an actress. When her car crashes into a tree, instead of fining her, he teaches her how to drive. Gradually, the two fall in love with each other. Beom Su proposes to Hyeon Ju, only to be rejected as she is scheduled to leave Korea to study overseas.
