Both are the live action adaptation of a manga/anime series about tennis, but they have some differences, i.e. the main character of "The Prince of Tennis" is already a pro, while the main character of "Ace wo Nerae" is a beginner/rookie.
In "Ace wo Nerae" there's also romance.
