Song dynasty's first prince, Zhao Yun, and second prince, Zhao Rui, greedily competed for the throne. Yu Jing and Tung Chiu are responsible for advising each prince. Jing and Chiu are old family friends who have a mentor-friend relationship. Jing's father, Yu Pok Man, brought trouble to the family when his achievements made his boss feel uneasy.
