Aimi and her father move into an old apartment building, where they quickly learn that strange rules govern the place. Residents must cross a rope by midnight and can’t leave until a new tenant arrives, or face death by a mysterious force. Aimi begins seeing visions of a girl who vanished 30 years ago, named Ai. As Aimi digs deeper, she discovers Ai didn’t disappear but returned to the building the day she vanished.
