Yeong Su, a 36-year-old detective, is called in to handle a shoplifting incident. He discovers that the perpetrator is a 19-year-old girl named Yuri. The detective learns of her story and decides to repay the victims himself and let the girl go. They then cross paths again, and eventually Yeong Su takes her in as her guardian. เด็กสาวที่ครอบครัวไม่อบอุ่น รู้สึกไม่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งกับครอบครัว ใช้ชีวิตสุดเหวี่ยงตามวัย เจอกับผู้ชายที่เธอถูกชะตาอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ ซึ่งลึกๆแล้วเขาก็เป็นคนขี้เหงา เธอตามเขาไปทุกๆที่จนเขาใจอ่อน ถ้าพูดถึงเรื่องการพึ่งพาจิตทางใจมันเป็นการเจอกันที่ลงตัวดีนะ แต่....อายุของตัวละครหลักห่างกันเยอะอยู่นะ เด็กสาวที่พึ่งบรรลุนิติภาวะ(ตามกฎหมายของเกาหลีใต้คือ อายุ 19 ปี) และชายอายุ 36 ปี
