Both dramas are romances about female bodyguards... Although there isn't much action in Sweet Sweet Bodyguards, it's still enjoyable ^^
They both involve a female body guard with a male boss that they find it hard to get along with at first.
- although the dynamic is not the same between the couple, they both dislike each other initially
- female male lead is strong-willed and is partially independent
- family set up is almost the same for the main families, with some of the same cast
- for both the mother dislikes female lead and grandmother likes her
- history between the family, so the ties are good
- Sweet Sweet Boday Gaurd gives more time to their friendship while Inborn pair just jumps into the relationship. They do both spend quite a bit of time on family matters, but it makes sense due to the length
- both quite long, around 80 eps, released around the same time, and Taiwanese

Raised up in a military family and trained to become a bodyguard, Zhen Ai Jia is all about responsibility, loyalty and honor. But at heart, she is an ordinary young girl who is eager to fall in love. In order to prevent herself from becoming a "leftover girl" at too early of an age, she decided that her next mission will also be her last one. However, what she did not expect was that her new client, CEO of a famous vehicle company He Zhong Qi, would be such a difficult person to get along with.
In both Taiwanese dramas, the FL serves as a bodyguard. Each is a motherless children who has been heavily influenced by her fathers whose occupation is in a male-dominated world. Both FLs have supporting male friends who follow their fathers' orders and help them run interference as needed.
Differences
(1) FL context: TP involves a triad (I know obvious given the title) while SSB uses a security company lead by a former military man.
(2) FL role in love triangle: SSB has a clear 'nemesis' vying for the ML affection (2 females and 1 male) while TP has 2 men competing for her (2 males and 1 female)
(3) ML context: ML for TP is in show business while SSB ML is an automobile dealership CEO
(4) type of romantic story: SSB is more melodrama with lots of character development while TP is glitzy idol fare
(5) series length: TP = 6 30-40 minute episodes, SSB = 82 45-minute episodes
