The Journey Across the Night Episode 2

The man introduces himself as the supervisor of the building and asks Li Jia to move out if he doesn't want to die. Jia notices how unfriendly the neighbours are. He also observes that the ball was the same one he had picked the previous night. He once again hears strange noises and sees cats cluster outside the neighbouring occupant's window. He calls Cha Cha, but is unable to get through to her. He has a disturbed sleep and steps out after hearing a knock on his door. He is hit on the head by a figure from behind. The supervisor brings him to his room and tells him that it was a ghost who had hit him. Vincent Chan monitors Li Jia's behaviour and actions. Jia tracks down Cha Cha. He finds her being chased by two men. She ducks into a haunted basement of High Street and he follows her in. He finds his weird neighbour performing strange rituals and they run away. Cha Cha is revealed to not be from his college. She tells him that she really doesn't know anything. However, an alcoholic man has an episode of epilepsy outside Li Jia's flat, but none of the neighbours help him. Jia and Cha Cha take him to hospital. He starts to slowly understand her family troubles.
