A River Runs Through It Episode 23

Shi Yi spills his secret to Huang Jun. Cheng Lang visits him and asks him about his problem. He tells him that both he and Xiao Ju were acting weird, focusing on Xiao Ju's reactions whenever Lin You was mentioned. Shi Yi defends her and keeps her secret. Tao Tao asks Huang Jun about the tickets; he admits going with Xu Meng Lu, but lies about not watching it. Lin You joins Xiao Ju during her morning runs and has a friendly talk with her. She informs her that she would be participating in the 400m race at the Sports Meet. Xiao Ju tells her that she wouldn't be joining it. Shi Yi visits the psychiatrist, who warns him that his progress was slow and that he might not be able to recover from hemophobia before his anatomy lessons start next semester. He treats Xiao Ju for accompanying him. Cheng Lang meets her at the cafeteria and explains the situation with Lin You, asking her to accompany her. Xiao Ju is upset again. Shi Yi and Cheng Lang reconcile. Cheng Lang's talent in programming is praised by his classmates and Lin You. He encourages her for her upcoming competition. Shi Yi is distracted during his lessons and his teacher advises him to change his department as his blood phobia wasn't getting cured fast enough. Xiao Ju sees Cheng Lang accompanying Lin You for runs and stubbornly joins the race to defeat her. Tao Tao decides to let Huang Jun go for a Jacky Cheung concert with Xu Meng Lu as he had missed his tickets even after waiting for hours at the queue. She tells her stupid decision to Xiao Ju and Xiao Ju in turn tells her her stupid decision of joining the race. Shi Yi is upset after receiving a transfer form from his teacher, but cheers up after receiving a music tape that Xiao Ju had prepared to speed up his recovery and relax. The day of the race arrives and Xiao Ju is distracted and emotional. Shi Yi, Huang Jun, Cheng Lang and Tao Tao arrive at the field. Shi Yi notices Cheng Lang and Lin You.
