A River Runs through It Episode 3

In order to defeat High School No. 14 in the Provincial Sports Meet, Lu Shiyi decides to choose Xia Xiaoju as he had noticed her speed. She declines his request and he pulls several tricks, one which accidentally leads to her walkman getting damaged. Shiyi's father is concerned about his son's grades and tries to get him to study. Cheng Lang fixes the walkman. He asks Xiaoju's opinion about the Sports Meet as requested by Shiyi, but she still refuses to participate, fearing for her grades. Shiyi tricks her into another bet involving Cheng Lang, having her send off to buy them snacks after she loses. He takes this chance to sneak into the teacher's office and retrieve his Game player, but almost gets caught as the teacher returns from his break.
