Both dramas deal about crimes that happen and lots of money being the reason for specific peoples actions and choices. While Drama Stage Season 3: blackout is a movie-like story and thus does not cover many topics Woman of 9.9 Billion does, their essence is still pretty much the same

Both dramas revolve around a bag of money and a bunch of people that try to get it. By doing so they will go to any length to get it. While A model Family revolves around more themes than just the money the essence of both dramas is the same.

Both dramas deal around money/an object that brings a lot of money (drugs) and in both dramas specific people lose it, and are now willing to do anything to require it.
