Did you ever get an answer to your question? I'm currently watching Taxi Driver through VIKI (https://www.viki.com/tv/37770c). I do subscribe to their VIKIPASS plus service which I think is the only way to view it here in the US - I'm on the East Coast. I hope that helps! :)
