Episode Title: Envoy of the Nonmalts
Dan and Anne encounter a mysterious boy named Shinichi who keeps warning Ultra Garrison to stay out of the undersea realm of beings called the Nonmalts. Sure enough, Ultra Garrison's new submarine base and their ships are destroyed by an octopus monster. Stranger still, Shinichi tells Dan that the Nonmalts are not invaders, but the true inhabitants of Earth! (Source: TV Tropes)

Ultraseven Episode 42 Reactions
This kind of episode make me wish the show questioned its systematic elimination of threats a bit more, I asks the question, but as soon as a character who isn't Dan gets asks the question gets quickly brushed away and they shoot. But Dan's internal dialogues where really interesting.
