Saeki Shuichi is a private detective who works for "Hope Private Investigation Firm" of Kogure Masato. Saeki Shuichi is an ex-police officer of the Tokorozawa police precinct. 15 years ago, Shuichi's sister Yukari was raped and murdered on her way to buy Shuichi's birthday cake. Since then, he has continued to hate the criminals. One day, he gets the assignment to investigate a man who happens to be the main culprit of his sister's murder.
