Tragicomic ghost, who maintains the list of unfaithful, captures Mu Yun Ge of Broken Sword Manor and holds a wedding between him and the memorial tablet of the girl he had deceived. His friends from various sects are 'invited' as the guests and asked to fight among themselves as only one lone survivor could leave. The eldest senior of Yueyang sect tries to dissuade the others from doing it, but to no avail. He manages to escape alive, but is fatally stabbed by another disciple. Back at an inn, Shen Shen and Zhao Jing lament over why their fourth brother had to leave behind a useless son. Officer Hai Ying visits Chief Gao Chong of Yueyang sect to enquire about the Glazed Armor's whereabouts, but he dismisses it as a rumor of the Jianghu. Gao himself meets his brothers and personally escorts Cheng Ling to his sect, fearing that the officials might get to him first. Zhou Xu follows them to Yueyang where he is unexpectedly attacked by a Scorpion assassin. He starts to wonder if the Window of Heaven, too had begun the search for the Glazed Armor. Wen Ke Xing joins him, but Xu notices that he had strung the piece of armor to a pendant that was clearly visible and he leaves Lao Wen at a stand to avoid attracting unwanted attention to it. It is revealed that Lao Wen had purposefully planned for it to be stolen by Fang Bu Zhi, a prominent thief who had caught sight of it. Gu Xiang, who had been ordered to infiltrate Yueyang Sect, helps save a lady and her father from being harassed by a group of disciples at a restaurant , catching the eye of Cao Wei Ning, a disciple of Gentle Wind Sword Sect.
