Though Bai Jue saves Feng Yan and Wu Xi, Wu Xi hurts Shang Gu when Feng Yan decides to go back to the Phoenix clan in order to save him. Bai Jue must make a deal with Xue Ying to save Shang Gu. Shang Gu is dismayed that Bai Jue has taken Xue Ying as his disciple and both women vy for his attention.

I'm impressed that it's not a childish female lead, when that snow goddess invaded her territory, she took her revenge with intelligence. I loved that part. The moment when she untied the rope that the Snow Goddess tied, and tied hers, and Bai Jue was smiling looking at her from afar. It was so sweet.
