Truest coming of age movie

This coming of age movie explores the usual themes of the first love, being rejected and self discovery. And the main point accepting your family for who they are, and trying to be real with them. Zheng Yuxing played by Leo Wu/Wu Lei, and Chen Chen played by Zheng Zifeng. These young actors nailed it, I don't think I have watched any coming of age movie without skipping any scenes. But this movie made me watch it without skipping anything.

A Girl who failed her college entrance exam, because she found out a truth that was supposed to be hidden. A Guy who blew off his entrance exam because he lost his first love, that was not his. They met because of a lie, that was not meant to hurt anyone but unfortunately did.

Zheng Yuxing a highschool guy, music enthusiast, the cool kid, lives on the internet and uploading tiktok videos hoping someday his first love will see them. But to no avail, afterwards he decides to help and support Chen Chen with the lie she told her parents.
Chen Chen a highschool girl, meticulous student, quiet girl. Failed her exam, because she found out something about her parents, that was supposed to be hidden. She's conflicted about what to do now. When she's inquired about the reason of her failure, she lies. Which brings Yuxing and Chen together.

They form a mutual connection, and understanding eachother. Chen wants to help Yuxing, knowing he's become her crush now, can't help herself. She decides to go on a trip with Yuxing, that changes everything for Chen Chen, her parents and Yuxing.

A Dialogue from the mid part of the movie - "In the future, if the people we like, can also like us, how nice would that be."
It showed such emotions, and it was so touching.

The actors portrayed the emotions so beautifully and the story was good too.

And ending the movie with the Dialogue: "When will the future arrive? If right here, right now, the one you like happens to like you back, then right now is the future"
It shows that love is not that simple, even it's concept is complex. And not everything you want can be achieved in terms of affection.

The reference of Coldplay songs was really good. And the Drone show, the EDMs and the music festival and all the lightings and the stage the decorations. It was all so lovely. And I was impressed by it.
The background music good too.

What I liked the most: 1. The Meaningful Dialogues. 2. The Intro. 3. EDM 4. The Drone show and the music festival stage decoration and lights. 5. How simple straightforward story it was but yet it was so meaningful

So finishing my review, I'll admit I watched it only for Wu Lei but it was worth it. I love his works, they're always good, but I'm satisfied that I decided to watch this movie. And Zheng Zifeng too, her acting was so good.

• CINEMATOGRAPHY
This is one of the main points here, The cinematography was so beautiful and fabulous. I liked all the scenes and point of views, and everything.

• MUSIC
The music was on point for eveything, from the drumming for the exorcism to every intense moment, and then scary horrifying sound effects from time to time, it was perfect.

• STORY
The story was so good too. Showing about the history etc. And the movie's about Exorcism, Shamanism, Feng Shui, Buddhism and Christian too if you look at it. I didn't even know it before that a job of Geomancer exists. He tastes the soil and identify about the land. I got so immersed in it. The four characters work together their roles are different but they make a team and work together.
At first there was a family case, in which their grandfather's coffin ⚰️ was opened and he went on to a bloody killing streak of his descendants.
Then another a more bloodthirsty monster case came to light, but this is just my opinion that, in the end that (lord) died too easily, like it didn't fight back (well he was shown undefeatable). The ending was good, but just a doubt he died too easily.

• CASTING
The casting was perfect each actor was perfect. Kim Go Eun's performance was fabulous, her acting was so good and all other actors. I totally loved them.

I recommend this movie, 10/10.

Perfect-o a masterpiece

I don't like too long reviews, to make the reader of this review sure about to watch or not,
Kang Bitna, omggggg her character is so powerful strong demonic, Queen slayed🔥.
Her acting was so good and the story of this drama was so good, literally had to pause in between so many times to digest what's happening. She's whipped for Han daon, she's like "TOUCH HIM AND YOU DIE" . She protects her Man.
Han Daon the man you are, he looks majestic when he smiles or *scoffs. Just look at him such an eye candy 🍬. In the first episode when I saw him, I knew I won't be able to stop myself until I watch the full episode.
And Bael, he's hot, not just hot, super hot. A Demon with spider legs, and hot as hell (well he came from hell, live in hell), If it weren't for the plotline, I was shipping them too. The other characters were so cute too.
I'm a fan when it comes to these fantasy or mythical types, like setting of Hell, a demon, etc. And that knife of hers with the seal GEHENA. Girl just put a burning knife stamp on the targets forehead after killing them brutally. Such a badass character. Truly another great work of hers.
I totally recommend you to watch it.

ONE OF THE BEST DRAMAS??

The Long Ballad, adapted from a popular manga, tells the story of Li Chang Ge (played by "Dilraba"), she's a princess of Tang Empire, and this drama tells about the misunderstanding she had, and because of it, she had to go far, far away from home, and she discovers the true meaning of friendship, faith, loyalty, sacrifice, love. Thereafter, She meets Ashile Sun (played by "Leo Wu) and she gets tangled into a vicious circle of politics [ more of a mess for me]. Long adventure with new people and full of dangers, new challenges, well her character is real brave and stubborn.

ROMANCE>>>
Slow burn, I will say this that even though it was slow burn and we didn't got to see much between them but, it was beautiful. He's always so caring, protective of her, while she's the type to run away again and again and again. He was so jealous when she was with Sher [his brother]. But Iiked it overall.

CAST>>>>
Amazing cast and their acting superb, I got to see my 3 favourite actors in a single drama, I can't ask for more. And the characters like SHER, they made it real interesting. HAO DU his character being strong, adding that the ost was sung by him, worth it.

OST , SOUND EFFECTS>>>>
The most interesting part of this drama was the background music, OST was real good, the music was fit for every scene.
I love listening to all types of music, so I added another track in my fav's.

CHOREOGRAPHY>>>>
The acting for the CUJU game was awesome, the director did a good job there, archery scenes, horse riding scenes, sword fighting, and all the fighting scenes, satisfying 100% , since I am a fan of action genre. 1st episode and CUJU game, I totally got immersed in it. Hitting the ball by head and, a perfect kick score goal, those strategies , movements with hands , fist.

The outfits were really attractive, like I was wishing for, that they would wear the grassland attire in the whole 49 episodes.

MY REVIEW IS SHORT BECAUSE I'M NOT GOOD WITH WORDS, SO I CAN'T EXPRESS MY FEELINGS ABOUT THIS DRAMA MUCH,

A Good movie if you wanna shed tears.

I was scrolling through Ding Yuxi's works and found this, and I'm genuinely happy that I found this. This movie tells the love story of Wen Heng (WH) and Yan Xi (YX). And it also focuses on one to value the people around oneself.

The Plot revolves around WH and YX, how they became acquainted, she had some issues with her family therefore her brother arranged for her to live in his friend's house and she met YX, both spent time together and fell in love with eachother but fate was playing tricks on them.
Yan xi had to go back to States because of his family issues, and he got depression and stayed there to not affect her and didn't let her find out at all.
And she kinda got depressed because he left her, and then finally moving on to the time skip, after whole 7 years he's suddenly standing in front of her, asking her for a second chance!
Before when they fell in love with each other fate played tricks on them and seperated them, but atleast they met each other, but this time when they finally got together fate played an even crueler trick on them, seperating them by Death.

I have read all the reviews and I agree that it could have been a great movie if it wasn't too rushed. They rushed the plot too much, it could've been great as a bit longer like 2 or 2.5 hr. And the thing I hated the most was editing, Like they paid the editing team right! But they didn't do the job properly! They ruined a good movie, Ding Yuxi and Ren Min did an amazing job, they acted so well, I have 0 complaints against their acting, but the editing was making it hard for me to watch.

There wasn't a single scene (where they were crying) where I wasn't crying, it was so sad. Her adoptive parents who seemed like better tha Biological parents, when her father told her to go back home and study *shedding tears* it was so emotional. There was a tacit understanding.

My favourite scene was-
When Yan Xi was with his friends and he was giving his friends his last instructions, I couldn't hold back my tears and I was sobbing. It was such a beautiful scene.

If you did read it till the end, I will suggest you watch it, I was sobbing while watching it. It's an amazing movie (except the editing and fast pace or what people call it rushed ).

Watch it, if you prefer Villain's ass getting kicked.

Good Day readers, I don't know what makes a good movie but I do know that this one was such a good movie. Two main characters. "So Si Min" played by "Shin Hye Sun" the hero who does justice. And "Han Su Gang" played by "Lee Jun Young" the Berserk guy bullying others for fun.

Si Min a contract teacher, a former athelete, the hindrance between her and her full time teacher job is being unable to ignore injustice, she tries her best to be Blind and Deaf to the injustice, but can't. Therefore, she conceals her real identity and wears on a cat mask to fight injustice.

Han Su, a guy who's gone berserk. A highschool student although he's not a minor. Gets thrill from Bullying others, keeps harassing others for his satisfaction. Totally out of mind. Suddenly a guy with a Cat mask came in his life out of nowhere and kicked his ass, he took on the challenge to take his revenge. And have a fight with Cat Mask.

The Story's about a former athelete who quit her sports career to protect her family, and is trying to become a full time teacher, but observing the Bullies she can't turn a blind eye to it. So her journey to fight the Bully commenced.

Now the main points that I absolutely loved about the movie :

• The MUSIC is top notch, you'll feel like you're right there in the crowd with them, the background music is fire, and I totally loved the sync.

• ACTIONS scenes, is there any need to say or praise just how good they were, all three fights were fantastic, Shin Hye Sun nailed it, and Jun Young did the same, I'm a big fan of Action Genre. And this movie nailed the action part.

• ACTING, I was impressed by the absolute Pure Villain vibes from Jun Young in that moment, and a user's comment said "the more evil and charming a Villain is, more the Hero shines.

• The STORY was such a simple one, without any complications just a simple story with a good execution. The movie turned out to be good.

• The DUO, Cop and the Boxer, bestfriends. I hope to see them in any other work. Cause they look good together.

• The CASTING was so good, when I saw the actors I felt like, ooo it's worth watching.

Concluding all the above points,

Interested in Supermoon?

I'll be honest, I rarely ever watch any trailers before watching a show or movie. And this time was the same. Saw the poster and went right into watching it.

This movie's theme is more leaned towards Memories of Youth, Space, etc. To have a highschool first love like them, unfulfilled wish. A good movie to watch when you want something light and good.

Xu Nian Nian, played by Liu Hao Cun, a new student who transferred in their school, smart and athletic. She performs well academically, and she's good at sports too.

Yang Yi, His obsession with Space, stars and Universe. He can do anything he want but too lazy to work hard, until he met Xu Nian Nian. He actually started to study more to get close to NianNian.

They're bickering a lot, and it's hilarious actually. Cause that bickering is so fun to watch. Friendly fire turned to a basketball match. And the whole competition was entertaining.

If I gotta say what I was surprised with in the Movie it was this, I thought throughout the whole movie that Yang Yi fell first and he fell harder, But plot twist, at the end suddenly everything changed and every scene connected like dots, and showed that NianNian saw him first and fell for him first and she fell harder. Her feelings were not noticeable at first but reaching the end they became clear.

Things I liked the most in the Movie:
1. Never thought I'd see Song Wei Long in a skirt and a ribbon on his head.
2. The Bus slap scene. Lol that was funny.
3. How Yang Yi's eyes widened when he realised that Xu Nian Nian knows how to play Basketball, to be honest that was the moment he knew he fucked up.
4. When XNN contaced YY to meet up, and he agreed with a single text, like they haven't been apart at all, and it's the same as it was a year ago.

From my point of view, it was definitely a good movie and I'd recommend you to watch it!

It's not that Bad as everyone is saying.

Hello ^^, I have read a few reviews above and everywhere you can only see that how much everyone hated this season. And genuinely I believe that set it all aside, I won't list those flaws again here~

Here are the things I want to mention about this Season — — — —

1) Gong Yoo, like a hot meal, he SERVED. He gave such a good performance in those 20 minutes. He ATE, his screentime. The Psychopathic character he showed was awesome, the Russian Roulette game, and crushing the bread was over the top.

2) I wanted to see behind the games, or the staff quarters of those guards and I got to see them this Season, so it was not that bad for me. The Guards are actually (hot people) can't agree more.

3) The Casting was Hot and Charming, Viewers want looks + acting and they won there, but I didn't feel the connection or bond with the players like season 1, or should I say there was not much backstory this season.

4) The Frontman, he was giving total Yaoi vibes, It looked like he was obsessed with Gi Hun and kept glancing at him. He played his own games and got frustrated at some point, and his own guards like "huh this person is supposed to be our boss".

5) The Carousel 🎠 game, that single game felt like season 1, where there was actual fear in players and showed their true nature. The music was addictive.

6) It was not that bad, It was like filler. But it's good for binge watch. Even I'm not exaggerating that "Omo it's so good, everyone should watch it or something". It's fine for a one time watch. I didn't waste my 7 hours, I liked it for the reasons I mentioned above.

Hope you'll see a few positive points about it too. Anyways I'm onto finding another series to watch. This Review ends here~

Soulmates <3

So here I am again, not good with words thus won't use such heavy/formal words. 0.1% World. This movie tells the love story of a man & woman they got to know each other because of an accident that connected their bodies and mind to one another cause of Brainwaves and magic as we know. Even though the theme might seem absurd at first but it's a fluffy rom com movie.

An Yi, the female lead played by Zhou Yi Ran. She is an Assistant Architect living in China, working hard since she graduated, just wants to live a good life, hard working and young, but struggling and got rent to pay.

Gao Ang, the male lead played by Patrick Shih. A Piano Tuner, living in Germany and working hard to become a Pianist, holding grudges lol, if she did something he will definitely return the double.

Initially after being interconnected they were bickering a lot, trying to ruin one another's plan at every chance they got and that is without even meeting each other.
And both of them kinda resorted to self harm to fight one another is truly hilarious, and how he realised her heartbeat was rising and he just did a workout and BAAM! a self defense move got her senior in pain on the floor.

Gao Ang, after spending some time with eachother, even hanging two clocks, one for his timezone and another for hers. That scene had me smiling. And her being considerate and wearing gloves, these details melting my heart.
Sometimes if you can't win someone's heart they might not be the one for you, and it was good that She realised about the toxic relationship and broke up.
He tried his best not to cross the line.

The movie places more importance on Self love, like only if you love yourself others will also love you.

The Casting is really good, I haven't seen her before, but Patrick really took the limelight from my pov, good acting to be honest. Became a fan of his.

The music is also good, the background music and ost both are good. Along with the acting, both leads did a good job.

The lines I liked the most:
• The Greatest Happiness is that,
The Person You're Waiting for, Is Also Waiting For You.
The Person You Care About, Also Cares About You.
The Person You see, Can See Through You.

•It is said that in your world,
70% of people know you.
20% of people use you.
6% of people hate you.

She is my 0.1%.

And for a fast pace movie like this one, it was good that only ml and fl were given the focus and no other characters so they had more time together.

The only thing I didn't like was adding his friend who was in a coma, like he had 5 seconds of screentime while conscious, otherwise he was on a hospital bed and he passed away, so I don't think that there was much need for him anywhere in the movie. And it didn't get any emotional touch even if he died.

But overall a really good movie and I'd definitely suggest this one to watch.

Such a beautiful Fantasy Rom movie

Hey reader! I just [22-Jan-2025 | 23:40 PM ] completed watching this movie and honestly it's already in my top rewatch list. This movie is based on the concept of Fantasy, time travel, Romance, etc.
We are well aware that a lot of movies have been made on the same concept but believe me that this movie was such a good one.

The story revolves around a young couple, who were childhood sweethearts but got seperated later on they met again in future at their friends wedding. And the plot was fast paced, they recognised eachother and started dating, happy with each other but due to some reasons Gu Yuxuan couldn't give time to Han Shuyan and after that many events occurred. (I don't wanna spoil it).

"Gu Yuxuan" the Male lead played by "Arthur Chen" works as a toy designer, when his girlfriend died he was heartbroken, on his birthday coming to an empty house, he somehow found a way to change "ShuYan" 's fate.

"Han Shuyan" the Female lead played by "Zhou Ye", a baker, her dream is to open a bakery. She was living happily until the day on which her boyfriend proposed to her, they got into an accident and he died while protecting her. She just wants to find a way to bring her love back.

LIKED ABOUT THE MOVIE :
1. The ACTING of both leads, Arthur Chen and Zhou Ye, I love them alot and to see them together in a movie, I'm really happy. When both leads cried in their respective scenes I cried more than they cried because it felt so real.

2. Their love, relationship and CHEMISTRY everything, it was all so perfect, They played their characters so well, that while watching the whole movie I was forced to think that, they look like they are in love for real.

3. Love how she understood her MISSION, to not chase him just to end up like his previous attempts; distanced herself after everything was gone, fate played it's role and they met again, even if late.

I couldn't see any fault in it, for me it was a really good movie, and it's one of the very few movies where I didn't skip even for 10 seconds. The plot was already fast paced.

Well anyways in the end it's the viewer's choice whether to watch it or not. From me it's a green light.

Pretty good to binge watch

I don't like to write too long reviews, I'll be quick and I'll try to cover all the points I remember till now.
The beginning was quite good, Deib is a strong character, his character is shown nicely, and there's no red card ritual, there are only his orders. I loved the actress who played Maxpein, she is so beautiful and she portrayed the character well, Max is such a strong girl, who stood up for herself against bullying, denying to ever give up, BRAVE CAN CRY, BUT WE NEVER GIVE UP. The story was good, the friendship is shown beautifully, people who don't like the ex-bf-gf arc won't find it annoying cause there's not much to them. I love how his mother accepted Max but Max's father rejected Deib, that was quite different from other versions of F4, but this was interesting because the story was different about family. Overall it was a good drama to binge watch.
