It is a fantastic Korean movie to watch from start to end.

Monstrum is like All of Us Are Dead in that a monster manifests out of nowhere, only in a rural area, and kills indiscriminately like no tomorrow. Also, it devours it's human prey and leaves mutilated body parts all over the place and fair share of gore in its wake which is not too dissimilar to the not so smart zombies.

Something else they have in common is the battle for survival and a group of people having to deal with it that are directly impacted by it.

One difference is All Of Us Are Dead is based in modern times whereas Monstrum isn't, also, one is a tv series and the other other one isn't.

NOTE: I was here to recommend Duty After School and Sweet Home, but seems I am left with Monstrum.

I would recommend all three.

All of Us Are Dead and Zomvivor are both horror shows that are Zombie Outbreak in school settings where victims of a virus/illness are turned into zombies and include students and faculty alike.

All of Us Are Dead is a South Korean production.
Zomvivor is a Thai production.

Both of them have blood and horror galore, and another title that appears to be a metaphor for a deep social malaise, All of Us Are Dead certainly seems to have a lot in common with Squid Game, and even features a Squid Game cast member in a major role.

I'm surprised no one recommended this yet. This has so many similarities with "All of us are dead" and are both great watch and keep you at the edge of your seat if you're into this genre.

Both these dramas are related to zombies and they pretty much are related to how they save themselves from the sudden zombie outbreak.

Both dramas offer intense plots, high-stakes survival scenarios, and deep psychological conflicts, much like Squid Game. Whether it’s battling against societal collapse, supernatural threats, or dystopian struggles, each series delivers gripping suspense, moral dilemmas, and unexpected twists that keep viewers on edge. If you enjoyed the tension, unpredictability, and raw human emotions of Squid Game, these shows will offer a similarly thrilling experience.
