Have the tissues handy..
From the synopsis, it's pretty obvious this series would be an emotional roller coaster. However, when I managed to get to episode 8 without any tears, I thought I might just make it. Then episode 9 hits and it's nothing but the pulling of heartstrings in both happy and sad ways till the very end.The story was well done from start to finish with no real unnecessary filler or plot points that barely make sense. There were a few storylines that were suddenly introduced out of nowhere and then resolved just as quickly that had me wondering if I missed something being mentioned earlier. But as long as the issue was resolved and not just introduced to create tension between the MC, I can overlook the randomness.
The acting/chemistry between the MC was fantastic and, while it is a slow burn, there are clear traces of it as it develops and blooms over time. The connections between them made sense and wasn't an overkill of coincidences which these kinds of stories could quickly turn into. The secondary couples were okay though it felt forced to me. Especially between Nathee and Keeta.. there was zero chemistry there in my opinion. It even had me wondering if Tae was at all comfortable playing the role in the first place.
I've heard some people compare this with Triage, especially since both series came out the same year. But besides being about doctors and having a more serious tone than a light-hearted BL, they had absolutely nothing in common and I don't know why one is even brought up whenever the other is. That's like comparing something like Cutie Pie and SOTUS just because the main character is a University engineering student. Or really any University BL, for that matter, which there are a lot of.
I believe this is definitely worth a watch. If I had to give any heads up, I'd say take it for what it is and don't overthink the ending. Sometimes, open ended isn't so horrible and I feel like it works well here.

Great story, very bad executed.
I loved the story, it was original and had all the components for a great drama.Unfortunatly the cast wasn't great, most of them didn't deliver in good acting. Only the 2 reapers and the mother of Prakan did a great job.
So sad, because this drama had so much potential. I rated it a 6, thanx to the story and how well Karn acted.

Questions humans choices and actions when faced with death
The acting in this was well delivered, and the chemistry in the main couple was good. The script was also great, and questioned humans choices and actions when faced with death. The cinematography was decent, but was plagued with basic camerawork and angles that made many scenes dull to watch. The ending was also not very fulfilling, and I felt that they could have ended the series in a better way. The story arc was very bad, and the mood was all over that place. The build of suspense was often wasted on sudden mood changes and bad transitions.

Mediocre At Best
An awesome idea, presented in a not so awesome story. I think there were a lot of areas where the script could have been better written, the acting could have been better, as well as the directing.I hate to say, but there were only two characters I liked in the entire series, and they were both of the grim reapers. They were the only two who did a great job with acting, expressions, etc.
By the last couple of episodes, I was watching just to finish the series, nothing new or exciting really happened. The storyline is just too slow paced. Things that should have had an impact felt rushed and things that did not really matter took up too much time. Also, I wasn't too crazy about the ending.
The only thing I like about the series is the base story, that there is a grim reaper whose job is to take souls to the afterlife and a doctor who tries to save lives.
No rewatch value for me.

Good story...detailed...
I liked this one and scored it above the average. Detailed enough to keep your interest and loved the background story/detail.So nice to see a BL go so deep into philosophy and what we think of life. Forgiveness - on so many levels. Love - on different levels. Friendship. Family. Competitiveness. Unrequited love. They cover it all.
Not really a happy ending but, one that is understood. It looks like they will get to be together for a couple lifetimes before they can meet as equals (in the future).

Dr, just take his soul already...
this is one of those dramas that had me roling my eyes over and over again...The Dr. male lead is a childish little kod (both young and not as young), lacks all sense of responsibility, is impulsive, has awful mimics and needs a lesson or ten in acting. The most impressive part about his guy was his healing ability as there was not a single sign of previous illness or operation. His skin was as smooth as it gets.
The Grim Reaper on the other hand had a scar, no where one would would predict, but stil I did spot one. This guy can act, has geeat mimics. IS such a sweaty and probably one of the reason s I did not drop it. The two do share some pretty decent phisical moments and more of a eat the fish than dead fish type of kisses.
The Dr.female best friend, the other grim reaper and the nurse where also top characters, fun to watch, sweet, human (ok not all human) loving, fun.
The rest of the cast was ok I guess.
The plot was under developed, full of holes and while I did appreciate the idea of a person who has a recycled organ portrayed as a person I just couldn't care less about the plot whatever that plot was other then the ocational roll of eyes it just dod not get to me at all.
Nothing I recommend, but if you do watch it you could just skip most of the scenes with the dr. male lead and go for the rest.

Medical & fantasy in BL
There are not a lot of medical bl dramas. I never really miss that, since I'm not a fan of that particular genre. This bl has done an attempt at it and paired it with a fantasy soul reaper trope. The fantasy part came out much stronger than the medical, since the hospital staff does all sorts of things that are completely illogical. Scheduling surgery right on the ward floor, no clear roles for any staff member, medical terms are neatly explained, but why they come up remains unclear most of the time. It's a mess. The fantasy part was done much better, although also in this part stuff is just left hanging. Why does Sanya come back after (only) 7 months? Or was is 2 + 7 months? How was he punished? Why didn't P die when there was a ticket? They could have done a lot more and better with this.
On a positive note, The slow bloom of the main cp is executed perfectly and they gave me butterflies. The other bl cp gave me very uncomfortable feelings. Their kisses all end up in the air or chin, while they supposedly had a hot ons...
The story for the boy/girl couple was rushed, happens all too often in bl.
It did leave me feeling warm and happy, so despite its flaws in rated it 7.5. But I'm not sure if I will re-watch.

Worth the Watch
To be homest, I enjoy shows with these plot lines (reincarnation/past lives, etc), so I really enjoyed this show. There were some aspects that I would change in the show, especially the ending. I also noticed how most of the deaths/emergencies that occured in the show were all connected together. For example, the little girl with seizures and her mother. I feel like they connected the deaths for the plot, but didn't really address why. It just felt like every character you knew in the show was either in a emergency or had a relative dying. I still rated this show highly because it was an interesting watch, I just feel they could have executed the ending and other plotlines differently. Was this review helpful to you?
Worth every tear shed
It's so beautiful and touching. I'm very satisfied with the ending as it doesn't leave me hanging as I am not a fan of open ending. If you're put off by the office politics, fret not. It's only a little at beginning and then followed by very satisfactory plot twists
I love all couples here and I really love the significance of flowers and its meaning here
This show is deeper than it looks with lots of subtle messages, beautiful lessons and lots of love.
The kiss scene is really hot too, could feel their burning love. I wish it's longer and more lol...
Apart from that, I really love it. I am not a fan of show that made me cry but this one is the rare one that I felt every tear is worth shedding. It's so healing in a way.

Fascinating
In the last scene, I had tears in my eyes. The romantic genre has the power to captivate audiences with love stories that transcend barriers, promise happy endings, and explore the ups and downs of life as a couple. "Dear Doctor, I'm Coming for Soul", is a typical example of this formula, but with nuances that bring freshness to the narrative. Despite remaining faithful to the expected clichés, the film manages to stand out for its peculiar charm and the overwhelming chemistry between the protagonists. Was this review helpful to you?
UNDERRATED GEM
It’s a gem!!I got many emotions watching this show. The character of the soul reaper is has such a sad story! I was in love with the character and so grateful to the writer that created it. Just… amazing! The story had a fairly new plot and the acting and the plot was really good.
I don't think the ending was sad either which so many people seem to think, I do think it's the best possible outcome and made me teary to watch it. It was absolutely precious, definitely not a sad ending. Also I absolutely loved the side characters too, the other soul reaper, was also a really good character, and so was tua phee ( he was my absolute favorite character in the series)
All in all ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SERIES AND OUR SOUL REAPER WAS THE BEST.

WHY IS EVERYONE SLEEPING ON THIS?? WORTH THE WATCH 100/10
All these medical dramas are so underrated, especially if their genre is BL!To whoever will read this review before watching this show, I'm telling you, watch it because it's worth it!
I'm not gonna to spoil anything about the plot, so whoever will be going to watch this would be thrilled. But one thing I can assure you is that the MCs and the supporting characters are 100/10 on giving their best in acting and carrying their roles. One thing I like about watching any series is the acting wise of the actors, and in this series, they gave their all!
The chemistry is chemistry-ing!
-unique storyline
-great OST (Boy Sompob, the man that you are!)
-every episode has life lessons
At the end of the show, I know you will have lots of questions about the meaning of LIFE, LOVE, and DEATH.
I hope this will be recognised as time comes. This deserves more than just a 7.7 rating. 🥺
Kudos to all the actors 👏🏿 A job well done!
PS. Let me tell you guys, those series which involve the names NEW SIWAJ SAWATMANEEKUL and BOY SOMPOB is worth watching! 😉😉
