when i came across this drama, i had the intention that the work would be uninteresting. however, after the first few episodes, i found myself watching the whole series in a week. the drama expresses the emotions of hardship and the fighting spirit of the main character, sekiguchi shota. from a sushi rookie who barely knew anything about the basics of sushi, we see the development of shota through each episode. i enjoyed watching his journey in learning various types of sushi and his overall determination to reach his goals.

compared to other cooking-based dramas that i've watched in the past, i admired shota's character in particular. shota is a very unique character who is willing to learn despite the challenges that are waiting for him. super refreshing in a way! as he never gives up!

overall, the drama is something i would consider watching again. there are many lessons, heartfelt moments that make this drama so versatile.
