This drama was beyond my imagination of what I thought it would be......
So honestly this drama had ups and downs throughout, by ups and downs, I don't mean my rating on the show I mean what happens in the show. Okay, so, this show was like a hate-to romance type, like hatred at the beginning, then slowly begin to love one another. So, my rating on this Television Series is, that I have watched so many romance dramas, but this one was beyond my standards for A romance drama, it had everything. It went from hardships to failure to love to hatred to having to fit in and having an uncomfortable situation to handle. These are my type of dramas, so I rate Doom at your Service 10/10 with 12/16 episodes watched.Was this review helpful to you?
The chemistry b/w leads and also the second leads are just sooo good.... Seo in guk's eyes speaks a lot ... Its a rollercoaster ride of emotions.... Yes u will cry a lot but its all worth it!!! ..... I really really enjoyed it...
And yaaa people who are dropping it thinking its "boring ", Guys u are missing a lot....
I guess i should stop otherwise i may start spoiling it....
At last For me Doom at your Service will always remain special and one of the best dramas i ever watched!

THE DEFINITION OF "PERFECTION"!DO NOT MISS THIS OUT!
Now that's what I'm talking about!This slow-burn-romance drama which is a piece of ART absolutely exceeded my expectations.This masterpiece is heart-fluttering,heart-warming,enticing,humorous and thrilling.I was NOT bored for a single second.So far,each and every episode is the definition of "REWATCH VALUE".The cinematography of this one is outright MESMERISING.The CGI,the OSTs and the BG MUSIC gave me goosebumps.The plotline is engrossing,well-established and unique in it's own manner.One of the many notable factors of this show is the way visual/verbal metaphors were used to portray the lives of the main characters and the situation they're placed in through a captivating manner.The characterization of each and every character of this show was on point.
The cast of the show,especially the leads are doing a FABULOUS job!!
I INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE LEADS AND THE CHARACTERS THEY PORTRAY!The chemistry between the leads which is on FIRE is the highlight of the show!
In the conclusion,you're gonna get thoroughly immersed in this drama while watching it and crave for more.You'll find yourself screaming with joy and bawling your eyes out the next moment.I strongly believe that this drama won't disappoint me later on and that the whole ride will be an unforgettable experience.Go ahead and give it a try!I'm sure that you'll eagerly wait for the upcoming episodes and suffer like I'm doing right now.I genuinely hope that this show receives the recognition and appreciation it deserves!

I didn't want to drop this. I had every intention of going back and completing it. But after being stuck at ep 11 for literal months, I just couldn't get myself to go back.The performances are superb. I really like the mythos/world/world-building of the story. It has a great atmospheric feeling during the more fantastical elements. I love both of the main characters and can really empathize with them. I'm not interested in the love triangle between the three secondary leads, but that's not really important enough for me to drop a drama. And I didn't find the rules of the universe confusing at all.
I just couldn't connect with the story. I really wanted to see the female lead more cut up about having to leave her loves ones, because I know I would be an absolute wreck if this sort of thing happened to me. And as much as I liked the romance, I found some of the leads motivations to not be very strong, and some of their choices frustrating.
I don't think this is a completely worthless drama. The right audience would love it. It's not a drama about the role of god or the mysteries of the universe or building an immersive fantasy world (although I think it does mostly succeed on that last point). The fantastical, other-worldly elements are there to serve the romance and the drama's underlying themes: sadness, loneliness, losing hope and then finding someone in the midst of it all. And that's what this drama is really about. Finding someone to be there with you at your lowest points. Which is definitely something a lot of viewers would enjoy.

Well its based on your taste
Well I started to watch this cuz of the actor. He's so cool and I mean he's the perfect match for the character and the girl is giving her 💯. All the cast gave their best for this .And I thought of leaving cuz I remembered my brother who passed away with every episode. Its perfect the Dialogs and all the aspects are amazing.
Its not fluffy and its kind of repetitive so it made the viewer feel bit bored. The story is great they could've made each episode bit exciting to watch, I mean give us a motivation to watch the next epi. truely speaking I watched this much I thik cuz of the ML ♥️
Overall the drama is good
The plot is different and beautiful
But its getting bit boring with the flow
They could've made it kinda exciting to wait for the next epi and they could've give bit of skinship and bit chemistry with the FL and ML
The character personality has well defined ♥️ I love when there's a character personality given
So I think its a drama with great potential but its kinda went down
I would watch the other episodes when i felt like i mean the drama won't making me to be eager to watch without sleeping .thats the monjaye 😂♥️

extremely overrated
I don't quite get the hype on this series. I do agree that the leads are cute, but everything else is missing or very poor - comapred to the K-drama standards. The writing is blank: 16 times about 90 Minutes of one theme void of any contents; not even the romance part is convincing. The story and the production and the acting feel togehter like a late fall vegetable soup: it would warm you up, but your stomach will turn outside soon. I rarely give up during a series, yet this was too much for me.Watching more than one episode of this series will waste your time.

Soooo boring
I wanted to like, i really did. But I gave up. I'm dropping this after only 3 eps because after seeing 3 eps, I'm still not curious and I'm not entertained, so what's the point. On the outside, it seems like a perfectly formulated drama but once you watch, it'a so bare that there's not much to see. There was no chemistry between the leads. The story didn't have a wow factor. The supporting cast was not interesting. I couldn't watch an episode straight because it made me want to sleep or do something else, it just can't hold my interest for long.Was this review helpful to you?

PBY is such an amazing actress .in drama she spoke her lines so well and remarkable refer to ep 1-2.And SIG really acted so well as doom. His smirk, lighter scenes, his hillarious cameo as doctor. Everything was perfect.
I stunned with the ep3 ending scene.
If everyone is confused about the contract btw them they should altleast rewatch the videos clips of ep 3 and ep 4.
I can explain on the comment section.
But do watch this drama for PBY and SIG. Even if it ia getting goblin vibes but story is differrent .and part from romance, They have fight, hate and witty conversation as well and its make more fun to watch.
Music ost -breaking down is good.

Cryptic Asia
The reason I prefer cdrama over kdrama is the cryptic factor.i watch shows to be entertained not frustrated Doom at your service is a perfect example starts of great good story, good looking cast with great chemistry and by EP 7 I'm pressing rewind did I miss something why is it getting harder to follow story when I'm watching attentively? Why is doom trying to get away from FL why is God/Omega annoying and wants to stop relationship between couple why? Why? Why? How many why's before frustration takes over! If there are these many unanswered questions how can I enjoy a story I no longer understand how can I invest in characters whose motivation I don't know yes there should be some intrigue and anticipation but not to the point that you actually need to be a detective to follow story too cryptic and non entertaining for me. Why do Korean dramas choose to distance viewers with cryptic plots which get boring tangled frustrating and stupid keep it simple ! I think it is a waste of talents. I really like seo in guk in hello monster and park bo young at just anything but this one. I like both actors and I'm just fine with their chemistry, not so much but fine. BUT the story seems going into circle that just can't land properly. Like, anything she choose will be doom so the best plan is to fall in love with him like she can just do that just like that. I remember somewhere he agreed, but then treated or show her how bad he can be. I can't understand why, he like to cease to exist and her plan should be the best. I don't even know when and where they start to like each other, it just happen. Please someone enlighten me, i want to finish it for my love for those actors.And the second couple is just as weird.

Maybe about six episodes of actual plot
I am a sucker for the supernatural. So of course a show called "Doom at Your Service" would grab my attention.And yes, the first three episodes deliver. The mysterious creator, her subordinate destroyer (ML) and the human girl (FL) somehow getting involved with them. It is all quite intriguing and gets you hooked.
Unfortunately the following episodes focus mostly on worldly affairs: FL coping with her fate, her romance with ML, and a love triangle between support characters. It all comes with copious amounts of emotional padding, a procession of static scenes with a lot of talking, whining, crying, accompanied by sad background music of course.
I've tried to sit/skip through it, driven by my curiosity about the supernatural element. But I just couldn't make it and dropped the show after ten episodes.
I wish there was a six episodes cut without all the needless filler. I believe it would make for a much better drama.
