You Are My Glory

Both dramas are about a FL chasing after the ML.
You Are My Glory shows you an unrequited love from school days and A Date With the Future is about a 10 year old promise from a 15 year old girl that was rescued by a 20 year old guy.

Both ML are very dedicated to their work, to a point where sometimes they neglect themselves or family. Either ML are very paused and quiet men. They show everything about them more through their actions than their talk.
Both are reserved towards the FL but once they commit themselves to their partner, they are all in and they let the FL know it.

Both FL are very strong characters, who want to succeed at work and in their love life.
Either FL are very outgoing and fun to be around.

Both dramas portray a very healthy relationship between FL and ML where both parties make mistakes and grow closer together by working through them.

Both drama have interesting supporting characters (the wise boss of both MLs is actually the same actor ;-) ).

Also based on a novel by the same author Gu Man.

Boss & me also hav minor references to Gaming. However do note the dynamics and screenwriter is different. Some changes to the novel. Theres also interference from 2FL which was annoying to say the least.

Slice-of-life romance of mature adults with a bit of drama and enough comedy.
- ML is somewhat lost in life in the beginning, thinking of changing or actually changing careers.
- ML are rather reserved but nice.
- FL approaches first and warms his heart. She herself doesn't need saving, she has an established life of her own.
- There's a lot of trust and mutual support in both relationships.
- Well written smart dialogs full of meaning.
- No love triangles or evil characters (there is a secondary couple in Run On).

The greatest difference is the amount of chemistry (YAMG couple is HOT, RunOn couple is very tame).

Ml has patriotic job serving nation
Both has childhood connection between the FL and ML
Fluffy romance without any rival in later parts

These drama is very sweet , as the title says but it is also very relaxing.Dosen't have any conflicts, misunderstandings or even if they do have they are solved from the start , fight scenes and oders unnecessary things , just love and happiness. If you don't like those break ups scenes this drama is for you and i'm sure you'll enjoy it.:)

DAE is a sweet romance even though is not fluffy. It's not dark either. It's about two troubled leads who support and help each other as they resolve major matters in their lives. It's surprisingly good! DAE is not rom com like YAMG, but it's also sweet.

nothing similar except that one of the leads is a celebrity while the other is a commoner, of course in YAMG the FL is the celebrity and the ML despite not being a celebrity is celebrated (in the show) for his ridiculous good looks. (not surprising as it is Yang Yang whoo also does a great job with his acting chops)

Both these dramas are romcoms about two ex-schoolmate meeting again.

Female lead is an actress in both dramas while male lead is at a crossroad in his career.

The story not necessarily the same but the plot might be (school friends reunited in the future type of). It also has the same director, and lots of supporting casts are on both drama!

- Both dramas face some form of gaming and experience it.
- Both male leads have professional occupations.
- Both males face some upsetting situations due to their jobs.

Both dramas feature..

Main story is completely different, but is quite similar in few aspects:

>> ML helps FL with a work related task
>> they overcome difficulties in being together
>> FL is an actress
>> ML is very calm and static person, FL is energetic and cheerful
>> music and scenery are fresh

(But Imao 'You Are My Glory' is more interesting even if story is also little slow)

In BOTH dramas the leads met when they were kids. FL liked ML, who rejected them. After years, they meet again and FL is very sucessfull and famous actresses, while ML has a common life. YAMG is a C-Drama, ML is an aerospace engineer and they meet again because of gamings. In "Beauty", a long drama, ML is an assistant and ends up working with FL
