Both dramas revolve around troubled youth/high school students and strong and heartwarming bromance. Although the plot itself isn't too similar, the vibes in general (youth & school setting, violence & angst, bromance & mostly male cast) are.

Dramas arouse similar emotions, both are Korean young male centered series, where boys go through their 18, facing challenges of youth

Be careful though if you get easily triggered, this show is really heavy!

The thriller involving time and space will keep you intrigued throughout the episodes. It’s filled with twists, confusion, and a plot that will make you ponder multiple theories. It beautifully blends the themes of family and friendship. I love "Begin Youth" and hope you’ll enjoy it too!

Byeong Hui is the crazy, free-spirited leader and vocalist of the popular underground rock group, Eye Candy. Joining him are mood-maker Ji Hyeok, chic Hyeon Su, playboy Ha Jin, silent Do Il and baby-faced Gyeong Jong. These boys rule their school until a redevelopment plan forces the delinquent-ridden school to close down. They're all assigned a transfer to Jung Sang High, but debate whether it's even worth returning to high school at all.
