That one is an OST of the drama which is yet to be released. Jamie Miller shared a snippet of that song on his twitter account telling that he has participated in it.

Does anyone happen to know the names of the songs that are used in the drama but aren't original OSTs? Like the song that's playing at the start of episode one (when we see one of the dorm 207 girls singing), the one that Suho plays on his guitar, the one that the dorm 207 girls are singing, the one the dorm dances to during open house, & the one that Sooho plays really loudly so that they wouldn't be able to listen in on the dorm?
