Simple, fluffy non-commital watch
If you're coming directly after watching one of the higher production value dramas, it will likely be hard to adjust your expectations. However if you've stopped watching dramas for a while and are starting again, it's relatively easy to get through.The plot is a bit dated and pretty simple, but it won't wreck you emotionally like other dramas, and there's plenty of romantic moments/stories so in that aspect, it's cozy.
I liked it! It's a solid 7-point drama and when I am crying from other cdramas, I might run back and rewatch this one.

Don't See the ratings it's Good story
I really like this drama. It has a good story and a perfect ending.I especially liked the casting, especially Xu Hao as Jin Bai Wan.
Her smile and cuteness completely mesmerized me. However,
I do have one complaint: the ending was too satisfying!
These days, not many dramas provide a satisfying ending for viewers.

Entertaining, (very) light, but nothing more.
Wuxia simple & fluffy, and sometimes Silly & BrainlessPLOT: The ML is the heir of a sect decimated 10 years earlier by the Heishas (band of assassins secretly in the service of the master of Nonuple Palace, a powerful sect which wants to dominate the martial world). The FL was one of them, but disgusted by her master's actions, she was left near dead and became amnesiac. She was collected by a small sect without ambition. She meets the ML again during his investigations.

Fall In Love With A Fox is a fun romantic comedy set in a “historical” fantasy setting. It focuses on Jin Baiwan, a girl who has amnesia and Qu Zhen, a sly fox-like man who is determined to get the girl, and get his revenge.
When the ships are sailing, the romance is sweet and cute. But some of the drama that separates the couples at times in outrageously stupid. Especially with the second couple. Going around in circles like that was maddening.
The main couple was very sweet, and their back and forth was what made up the main comedy of the show. Their big misunderstanding was, again, hard to get. She discovers he lied, but I don’t understand how that is out of character from everything she has known about him since they met? She knows that he is a cheeky liar and also knows that all of the lies he’s told have never been malicious and often been for her benefit. So I don’t understand why she wouldn’t seek an explanation.
The “martial arts”, which was more like magic, was hilarious. It gave the characters the power of flight, and the ability to neck-chop people into unconsciousness for convenience. But it never once, looked like anything that you would call martial arts in real life.
If you can look past the silly martial arts and the sometimes irksome angst, the drama is an at times touching and funny drama, with a couple of really good songs on the OST and, most importantly, a happy ending.
Final Score: **6.7/10**

Romantic wuxia drama
I really enjoyed this dramaIt's quite nice to watch a story with good wuxia elements (martial world and the search for a supreme power technique) combined with such romantic ML.
The ML is really sure of what he wants and is not afraid of letting the FL know it, the declarations are beautiful.
All the characters are interesting, although the FL can be a bit enjoying sometimes.
The plot is nothing new but well-made, the pace of the drama is so good in the beginning, but the story gets a little messy and repetitive around episode 20.
The production is good, but I would like they had done a better job with the ML and FL hair, when he is in his home is so much better. The ML bangs could be better, and the FL could use the hair without braids sometimes.
Overall, I recommend the drama, I had a nice time watching it.
