Hiroshima, where the “Hiroshima TOP3” (Danno Hidenori, Kiriki Tsukasa, and Hiro) reign at the top of the delinquent gangs. The ruthless and inhumane Ishimoto Chiharu leaves BEAST and establishes the Kyo Rengo. Backed by Nomura Yutaka, Danno’s former friend who returned to Hiroshima and the only man to have ever defeated him, Ishimoto proceeds to crush, one after another, the teams that refuse to submit. Hiro is attacked, and Danno falls into a trap set by Ishimoto. The one left behind, Kiriki, confronts Ishimoto in a showdown.
