First of all it has a kid also the chemistry is out of this world like the love you give me I really enjoyed both and you should definitely watch the love you give me and I found it even better than unforgettable love as much more happens and the main leads have so much more going on it’s just so cute after writing this I think ima watch the love you give me again
The story is totally different but both have a kid in the plot line although in PL the kid comes in later half pf the show whereas in UL from beginning.

the leads as single parents to a five year old child who meet and begin living together. Later on, they discover their children are separated twins. Both dramas have cute kids, and a similar relationship between the leads with both MLs a rich CEO.
Let’s just say both are contractual marriage… Both ML are CEO and they are the first to make a move on the FL..
• Tsundere, rich, and genius male lead who seems like he never loves any one else before he met FL
• Caring & sweet FL
• They were put together because of family member.
• Both drama have contract marriage tag (They married first then love later)
• No misunderstanding, only sweet moments
• Both have 2nd CP (I think)

both tell heartwarming stories of unexpected love that blossoms in the workplace. In Love Scout, a cold, career-focused CEO falls for her kind-hearted secretary, a single dad. In Unforgettable Love, a stoic CEO enters a contract marriage with a cheerful child psychologist to care for his traumatized nephew. Both dramas feature emotionally closed-off leads who slowly open up through genuine connections, adorable kids, and healing relationships.
- Contract marriage due personal family reasons (the CEO lead picked the other)
- Super cute kid involved (except UL has kid throughout entire drama)
- FL is smart and unbothered by those who try to fight her
- One of the leads is a CEO, other is a doctor
- Grow to love each other (even the CEO lead doesn't fully like the other before contract marriage)

both feature successful (rich) single fathers who end up contract marrying girls from relatively humbler backgrounds, with stiff cold MLs and bubbly warm FLs. But with time the marriage becomes real and the MLs too show their sunnier sides.
The difference is that in UL, the ML is adoptee father of his nephew.
The USP in both is the kids--3 in PM&I and 1 in UL.
