YOU SHOULD WATCH THIS MASTERPIECE!
𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝: 𝐀 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰The plot was both unpredictable and breathtaking. It was very different from all the other modern Chinese dramas out there. I was actually under the impression that it would just be a fluffy romantic comedy drama between virtual idols and the main female leads, but I was entirely mistaken!
This drama was full of unexpected plot twists and thrilling adventures that will make you anticipate for the next episodes. It would just literally make you glued to your seat. Just wow! You'd expect it to go one way and then surprise you by throwing you in another direction. The most interesting part was when the two female leads started to awaken the longing of the four boys in the real world and encouraged them to live their own life and to experience freedom. Their strong love for each other became their driving force to overcome the obstacles.
I adored all of the key characters in this drama (Y4, two FLs, and Grandma Fushun); they were all so well-matched that I became devoted to them. No one stood out adversely in the cast's performance; they all did an outstanding job.
Overall, this isn't like the other typical dramas where the love story gets predictable, too cheesy, and boring in the end. It is also one of the few Chinese dramas out there with a truly gratifying ending. Director Yu Zhong Zhong and the production team did an outstanding job in making this masterpiece.
This is highly recommended and totally worth watching!

Absolute boyfriend with a twist, I want a Xu Nian for myself.
Like everyone else who reviewed Love Crossed, this show had a few unexpected twists and turns. It’s not your typical watch and its fast paced. Ignore a few plotholes and you’ll be fine. It reminded me just a tiny bit of a popular Japanese manga, Absolute Boyfriend mixed up with F4.I enjoyed the show, but I personally think that the pairing of Lu Xiao and Jang Kele should have taken the backseat and the main focus of the show is on Xu Nian and Guan Xianya. I was bored with LX and JK, it is as bland and stale as day old bread.
The story of Guan Qianya and Xu Nian is way more interesting, engaging and could have offered more to the plot and the overall character development of the show. For instance, the one on one virtual encounters between the XN and GQ would have been perfect for a slowburn, lovers then enemies romance. Then the angle where they become known to each other in real life then became enemies would have been so good. Then developing to real lovers. I think these two kept the show going, specially Xu Nian.
I also find quite a disservice to the other two supporting love boys. They seem to be just there and then ended up with girlfriends right at the end. And how the main villain’s ending a bit anticlimactic.
The ending is okay. Everything wrapped up pretty well with a neat bow on top. It did get corny at times, but still enjoyable!

REALLY GOOD PLOT TWISTS
so i finished this drama just today and im literally having pdd rn i really like the story line it kinda reminds me of the promised neverland anime/manga except with romance and a lot of good plot twiste. as good as the story is, i think the ending was slightly abrupt and it was cool to see how all four boys came out into the real world, but i was really hoping to see a lot more of them in the real world. casting is rly good i feel, as r1se stan ofc i love luoluo although i think his acting can improve, but its also his drama debut so i think its not bad already. i case you habent realised the female lead aced with r1se yan xu jia ans r1se xia zhi guang. i feel that the cast members are 帅死了 (even the guan qian ya actress) i particularly love fushun nainai and how shes the backbone of the whole story. i feel a bit disappointed that lei na didnt get to confess her love for xu guang han. the osts are amazing, with beautiful melodies and i keep listening to them and please watch this drama 😭❤❤Was this review helpful to you?

This drama surprised me!!
Another Zhang Ling He drama down and one thing I will say at the start of this review is I did think it could of been a little shorter but that is only because I didn't get into the character for the FL I found her to be a bit annoying through this, But did like the guy that played Lu Xiao and liked the second couple story more.Even saying that i still found this drama so enjoyable to watch it had a lot of twists that some people might or might not see I know I didn't predict a lot of them. The beginning is kinda slow getting into it and I found it pretty hard just because I did find the main girl pretty annoying I don't know why they had to have her be that way. I do like the actress that plays the part I do know she can play good characters I just couldn't take her seriously here. I did like the main guy who is coupled with her he does have an interesting story and finding out more about him and why he is the way he is. Even though a lot of people may not like the way he comes off but I found him understandable and he just wanted to be left alone.
What really got me through this in the beginning was the second couple. Guan Qian Ya from the min she came on the show I loved her. She became my fave character in this and of course I really liked Zhang Ling He's character Xu Nian who she was coupled with. I just felt like they had the better love story here. You don't see Qian Ya falling for a love boys virtual character since she is so against the game, and finding out that she is actually talking to the real Xu Nian in the game. I'm glad they kept her smart enough to figure that out instead of dumbing her down which they do a lot. Qian Ya does have a dumb moment toward the end that I will rant about. This couple for me just had the most enjoyable scenes together. I also didn't mind their scenes apart though either just really enjoyed their characters.
A flaw that I did find so annoying and is a spoiler is what went on toward the end that happened with Xu Nian. This group of people that knew each other except for one couldn't tell that Xu Nian was not acting like himself at all. They are looking for a spy and who is giving away their locations when they literally know they had to go looking for Xu Nian for a min. They were separated from him and they find him and he is acting like a different person. They even have them point it out for a min then be like oh maybe we are wrong and its Luo Ke. I couldn't even stand Luo Ke's character in this at all and wish they wouldn't of focused on him so much cause he literally just made me mad every time they showed him, but I felt so bad for him when they turned on him when it was obvious who it was. Luo Ke was never really even away from anyone either but he made the most sense to turn on for being the spy. I just found this so frustrating but loved the way Zhang Ling He pulled it off.
The actors did great even if I didn't like some of the characters. I think toward the ending is still the best part of this drama if you can just make it through the slow beginning. Just making it through and finding out everything you do makes this worth the watch for me.

MUST WATCH DRAMA. 10/10
Let me start by saying that this is my first review of a tv show/movie etc and theres a good reason for that.Love Crossed is just THAT good!
This drama is perfect for those who enjoy watching some romance, action and comedy all combined into a well produced storyline. One of the main things about this drama is to expect a lot of plot twists and surprises for the audience and much of this is what appealed to me when i started watching the drama, and has not let me down to the very last episode.
SPOILERS ONWARDS ~
There are some areas which I was hoping that the production would elaborate on, especially during the last episode. As the Y4 boys were hidden in their house for so long, and some of them were actually kidnapped away from their biological family, I would've definitely liked to see some sort of family reunion for Y4 seeing as no other boy got to see their parents except for Lu Xiao. Hopefully they make some sort of bonus episode to tie those loose ends.
Besides that, everything was great, I could not stop watching this and definitely binged the show.

Best ,happy and perfect ending.
Best part is end, all couples have their best endings. There are some twist . Every episode so connected that not a single moment able to realised that a twist in a story was going to come. I think 2nd leads has more love scenes than first leads and even their story too.All I said drama was good .but I skipped some parts of the drama , indeed they were bored. Rest all were good. Acting and actors ,all were good . But one thing I don't understand that all four boys were illusions for the girls who need someone in their life . Those illusions created by spec and contact lens , so what is the role of boys ,what they do because they created as illusions so they themselves not doing anything . They kept in hiding because nobody came to know about their existences and they make their virtual characters and used them is that so . This part confused me .

Suspenseful and Entertaining
I watched the drama a few days ago, just getting around giving my review.This drama, at first i wasn't sure whether to watch it or not, there were so much mixed reviews, but i decided to give it a chance and i stuck through it.
It's very very entertaining, full of plot twist and suspense i loved that the most about this drama.
there is however just a few things i was.t so fond off, the romance screen time for the "Main Leads" the ones who's names are first and are the center of the poster, tbh there were more romantic scenes between the other couple than , although it was nice, i really wanted more romantic scene time for the main main couple. The other issue i had was that the main main lead girl, she was sooooooo dense, ah mean it was sooo bad i couldn't believe it, but i guess they did that to make the other main girl look good, cause she was the more mature and smart one, even though they're the same age, which is weird, you would swear she was a few years older, how much the other main lead actress acted like she was idk extremely silly and dense. the last issue was the ending, it was great, but one of the main plot, the ending did not satisfy this for me, i really wished they had shown some scenes or mention about that, trying not to mention any spoilers,
..But if you do watch it you'll know exactly what i mean, it's not a deal breaker anyways, i enjoyed this drama either way, it was very entertaining to watch, no regrets here. Just know it's not perfect, but it is a good entertaining and interesting show

let's just say I was pleasantly suprised
Ok, I read the plot summary and ended up pushing this drama back till now cause I was not really interested to watch a girl having a relationship with a hologram. I decided to give it a try as I was searching for something to watch while I have my dinner and omg was I suprised! whoever wrote that synopsis, i'm sorry but it did not help me. The drama is not focused on the A.I at all, its about the four boys who are being kept imprisoned by a company that created a virtual game where girls can pay and date the A.I of any of those boys and a girl called Kele who actually plays the game, accidentally come across them while filling in for a cleaner who works where those boys live. The boys are groomed to become perfect idols however, they have never been outside in the real world. so Kele and her best friend Quianya team up with the boys to help set them free and expose the company for illegally binding them to an unfair contract and keeping them locked up. There are actually not that many scenes with the A.I and mostly are in the first half of the drama. I actually really enjoyed this drama, the story was not predictable at all, it was funny with some nice romantic moments, some actions and a little bit of thriller. It was not a nail-bitting thriller but if you are tired and looking for something nice to watch and relax that is exciting but not the type that will raise your stress level, well you might want to give this a try. most of the cast were new to me but they all did a decent job. Better than many big productions - Great Plot twist
This drama looks sweet and cheeky on the surface but once you get on with it, you would find there was nothing cheeky at all. It was sweet but quite fresh with a different plot, vfx, no unnecessary troupes and most importantly one great big twist.Story:
Story is fresh. Initially it might look that it will be a basic idol drama but from 3rd or 4rth episode only, you will find dept in it. There are also many small suspense scenes in this drama which makes it totally binge-worthy. Even the overall story was quite meaningful. The way in which it showed the harmful effect of virtual world was great.
Characters:
Oh my! Not just the leads but every other person on their team has strong characters. They all play small or big role in creating that perfect end. Loved the badass grandmother.
Music and other setting: Since the drama had an 'idol' plot, hence everything was staged like that. Great music, costumes, interior designs and of course the lightings.
Conclusion - Refreshing, lovable, light hearted yet thrilling. And totally binge-worthy !

Could have been a 9/10 with better casting
the female characters were super interesting and the actors played their roles well. both are very talented. the male actors though, leave a bit to be desired. they’re all a bit flat in their acting so I didn’t feel for them as much as I did the female characters/ actors.the story is really good and I kept watching because of all the twists that held my interest - and all of them made sense for the storyline!
Better casting on the male leads would have improved this drama greatly.

Must watch romance comedy with suspense
Wow wt an amazing drama to be frank I was not interested until ep 5 I even dropped it at ep 3 then watched another series and came back to live crossed Omo no words to explain its such a wonderful drama with rom com fantasy and suspense kiddos to the writer excellent screen play heluoluo(luxiao) though it's his first drama he s such an amazing actor luxiao and jiangkelle chemistry is too good I liked qiancias character such a bold and independent girl with xunian their chem is amazing Luo ke and suelie their duo is awsome though they have gf during last few episodes sulie and lanlan and luoke and qiqi both the pairs has such a short and sweet love story to mention grandma funshu wow she has such a cool attitude Xu guanan protrayed as villian though he protrayed as villain we will not hate him as he s too funny some times along with his partner leina he will be scary sometimes too music is too addicting the four leads have sung it so well over all it is a must watch cdrama it's a best cdrama with twist and turns u guys will love itWas this review helpful to you?

friendships: 9 there was always a strong sense of unity and friendship and how there are certain ppl they can trust with they life
cringyness: 7 ai luxiao made me physically sick /j then after he got with kele it made me EVEN MORE SICK but they were still cute asl nonetheless
scene quality: 8 the scenes really had alot of suspense towards the end it was fun i liked the way they were shot
overall: 7.5/10 i loved this and i loved the ending i was so happy im pretty sure i loved the characters more bc theyre so lovable and i felt for them
