Episode Title: Dan Tae Escapes/Dan Tae Enters Korea/Dan Tae's Demise
Part 1: Seo Jin survives and recovers in the hospital. However, Su Ryeon believes her mental state is all just an act. Meanwhile, loan sharks wait by her hospital bedside, keeping watch as Eun Byeol tries to fight them off. Later, Dan Tae escapes from the mental hospital in Japan and calls Seok Hoon for help. Part 2: Su Ryeon and Logan wait at the port for Dan Tae to enter back into Korea. But Dan Tae's gut feeling tells him not to trust anyone, including Seok Hoon. He makes it onto land unnoticed. To lure Dan Tae back before he makes his move, Su Ryeon and Logan announce that their engagement party will be at Hera Palace. Part 3: Dan Tae plans to bomb Hera Palace while Su Ryeon and Logan throw their engagement party. He sneaks in and plants bombs throughout Hera Palace. He then gives Su Ryeon a call and invites her up to the penthouse but only by herself. (Source: Viu)

The Penthouse Season 3: War in Life Episode 12 Reactions
This episode was so predictable :(
...or was it? ;)
1. I didn't expect Seo Jin to survive her attempt to integrate with the chandelier.
2. I didn't expect Seon Jin's bodyguard to work for her... for free? In the previous episode he said he's broke. And he knows she's broke... so what is he thinking?
3. I didn't expect Dan Tae to return to Korea that easily... or let me put it another way: I didn't expect Soo Ryun and Logan to be so stupid to let Dan Tae come back to Korea. I guess there was no budget to shoot more scenes in Japan? :P
4. I didn't expect Logan to let Soo Ryun fight with Dan Tae alone. I guess he doesn't love her that much? Well, the "better" characters tend to do stupid things in this drama because... script requires it ;)
5. I DID expect that the Penthouse might get destroyed but not the way it happened. I guess Soo Ryun must've wanted it destroyed. It would make sense as her memories of this place are not really nice. If so it would be wise to buy some insurance on it, but let's not dwell into conspiracy theories ;)

Why bother setting a trap and no one is looking for Dan Tae or the possibility that he would just blow the place up.

start with Hera Palace & end with the Hera palace. that's called karma.really enjoyed till 12 episode. sad because only 2 episode are left. Almost a year we have started our journey. at first i was annoyed with the story, but after watching so 46 episode i can say it was worthful. I have no regret to watch this.
