My scoring system before December 2024

Until December 2024 I used to rate average shows around 7.5. That's why a lot of titles have higher scores than they should. Maybe I will correct the scores some day but don't count on it.

My current scoring system

Since December 2024 I'm rating titles using following criteria:

1MisunderstandingStrongly recommend skipping. Total failure or promotes toxic behavior. Complete waste of time.
2Very BadSome glimmer of potential, but buried under poor execution. Still a waste of time overall.
3WeakOne or more key aspects fall short enough to ruin the experience.
4WatchableMore wrong than right. Passable time filler, but there are better options out there.
5AverageDefault score. Balanced good and bad. Typical drama or movie.
6OkayEnjoyable overall but flawed. Might have a highlight pulled down by weaker parts.
7GoodGenerally well-executed. Enjoyable with no major weak points. Worth watching.
7.5Good+ / Almost GreatAlmost amazing. Strong in some areas, average in others. May be a favorite with a flaw.
8Very GoodStrong in all areas with minor flaws. Memorable and highly recommended.
9AmazingExcellent overall with standout qualities. Very memorable and emotionally resonant.
10PerfectFlawless or nearly flawless. A masterpiece worth rewatching and universally recommendable.
