Things That Go Bump In The Night

This was a really good show. It consist of 8 different ghost stories. Each stories are stand alone and the only thing tying them together was the radio DJ who gets to hear the stories, but the last story is the ghost story for the radio DJ.

Right so each story is creepy and has a good plot. They start out slow trying to blindside viewers, but then as each story builds up to the climax, the pay off is really good. Not much gore, but it relies on cheap jump scares, but the good thing about Thai horrors, they really know how to make up a good ghost, so visually, it was scary as hell. My only downside is the lighting. All the scenes were dark as hell, so you could barely see anything in the scary scenes.

First story was kinda meh, so get through that one as quickly as possible. It was about a caretaker taking a "haunting" job.
Second story was good. It was about two interns taking a job at some remote place and discovers something truly terrifying. This one had two plot twists, but the last twist was truly sad.
Third story is about a lesbian couple and a haunted chair. I liked that one.
Fourth story is about a haunted house and an evil spirit, but the plot twist for that one was REALLY good, you didn't see it coming.
Fifth story was super scary. I swear kids and ghosts are a scary combination. This one was about a mother/daughter duo and the little girl's imaginary friend. It's also another cautionary tale about spending time with your kids.
Sixth story starred Tay Tawan and was my favorite. It was predictable, but it was both creepy and sad. Basically a girl was about to make a ghost her husband.
Seventh story was hilarious as fuck but is a cautionary tale of being a good child to your parent. This one heavily relied on jump scares. The guy in the wheelchair..LOL, I felt sorry for the poor guy, but his dumbass kept going back to the elevator.
Eighth story is about a social media star getting haunt in his new condo by a ghost who doesn't know he's dead. This one finally ties in with the radio DJ's story, which had a hilarious and sad twist. Never whistle at night folks.

Nights full of goosebumps

First of all, I might not know what was Angkhan Khlumpong and haven't listen to it if it's available on youtube but the one I listen from time to time is The Ghost radio on youtube.

Well, normally I would freak out more since it's based on true story but I guess, I had some courageous feels to keep me watching this serie. I don't know if I can say this but I truly enjoyed it, for each story I was so scared and had goosebumps. It was really good, interesting plot, great acting, a really nice atmosphere but I had to agree that some scenes were so dark that I barely saw what's going on lol but overall, it was still creepy and scary, especially because of the makeup and the timing of when a scene is coming!!

I don't know which one is my favorite and or which is more scary... Maybe the fourth (nang ram with the couple which the wife is pregnant) and the fifth with the kid and the ghost (the imaginary friend).
But it was also sad because after all it's dealing with death, it's a bit deep than we thought, it's not only to scary us but to be open-minded about it.

What I also liked was the plotwist, I was easily taken aback by each story.

Usually, Thai Horrors are Good but this One proved to be the BEST!
I don't find any setbacks with this, surely it's 10 / 10 👌🏻✨
n I love to RECOMMEND this to every Horror genre lover!

If possible, ALONE, for the true horror experience.
(I watched all these at 2-3AM for the true scary vibe 😂)

All stories' plotlines (story n screenplay), the direction (+ editing n cinematography), the suspense, the horror element, the music and the acting, EVERYTHING IS IN THE RIGHT QUANTITY HERE!
Nothing More or Nothing Less!!

All have this SPOOKY VIBE n EERIE MUSIC that suited well to the mood of the stories👌🏻👏🏻

Tone of the horror n suspense is Serious (first 6 eps), Last two are Comedy.
Pacing, suspense and the length of each story, EVERYTHING IS RIGHT TO THE POINT!

Also, It's a proper mix of Super scary serious horror, mild horror, emotional horror n horror comedy stories.
In other words, this anthology miniseries covered all types of Horrors.

Watching this series - the callers calling the RJ n sharing their horror experiences, will make U get exactly the same vibe of a group of friends sitting together n sharing ghost stories at midnight, just for passing the time n fun! 😂
(I did so, with my cousins in my childhood. Whether the ghost stories are believable or no, it was fun to listen n getting scared together! 😂)

Good to see some known actors in this series.

Ending is Very Good - that evil smirk of the husband 😱

OmG, that Ending again 😱, that horrified look on lil gal's face! 🤯

That ending gave a new view to the entire episode n so made the entire episode look Scary

Tay n FL - their chemistry is very good. She is very sweet n pretty 😍

Super Funny n ghastly
Emotional at the end

8: GHOST ROOMMATE & RJ's HORROR:

This ep has two stories, one is about a caller - Not Scary, but Funny

Another is the RJ's Horror - this is Super Scary, Hilarious n Sad

This RJ's is a Surprising n Unexpected blend to the stories, bringing everything together n giving a SMOOTH ENDING to the entire anthology series.

The way how all of the above ghost stories and RJ's, connect, is well written, that too in a hilarious way✨

The main RJ actor is the most hilarious one. I loved his character.


I NEED A SEASON 2 with the same RJ actor n with the same level of Scary/Funny Ghost stories n directed this well.

There's a SEQUEL (/standalone) but it is not so scary as this n not executed this well.
