Time To Hunt (2020) - I think the asthma was pretty well portrayed, but, warning, it's definitely rated R.
Totally a good watch if you like action thrillers tho.

I mentioned "Your Honor" (which is Turkish or Israeli) earlier, but there is also an American remake of that. I havent watched it, but I'm sure it's either tv14 or MA.
Criminal Justice (2008) - on BBC, British, again, haven't watched it, but the Korean remake had a good bit of well portrayed asthma scenes, so I expect this one does too. MA?
Kamen Rider Dragon Knight (2008) - ep 12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19. Super cheesy, but the asthma was pretty well portrayed.

Can't Stop Loving You - Turkish? (On YT @CantStopLovingYou I think) I haven't watched it bc it's so long, but I heard there are multiple asthma scenes. The best one is in ep 67.

Not sure anyone's gonna see this, but a Korean remake of "Your Honor" (Israeli "kvodo") is currently airing; and it is really good. The asthma is pretty well portrayed, and I have some high hopes for this.
