No Breathing

While "Dansui!" is a short drama, "No Breathing" is a movie. However, both are based around male competitive swimming and the trials and tribulations of injuries, coaching, competition, rivalry, and friendship.

While they're not exactly the same (No Breathing is a coming-of-age and Dream is dealing with a midlife crisis imo), both movies have similar tropes: sports, rivals to friends, teamwork etc.
