In both dramas, the female leads are going through a tough moment connected to family. One is struggling to pay off her late father's debt while the other still performs daughter-in-law duties to her ex-husband's family for the sake of her own family.
For the female leads in both dramas, the presence of the male leads is like a breath of fresh air amidst their problems.
The male leads in both dramas are witty, sweet, kind, funny and offer great comfort and support to the female leads.

If you're interested in Park Gyu Young in another romantic lead , with a different flavor to Fall in Love, I recommend Dali & the Cocky Prince. Quirky and fresh, her character was softer, with more frills... And you get to see her range.

I feel that the chemistry and the characters are quite similar feeling:

-The male lead is a rich arrogant man (in an amusing way)
-The comedy is quite similar
-The female lead is quite optimistic and very capable
-The couple works well together and cherish each other in their own ways

A wealthy person's life is turned upside down over night because of someone close to them leading to forced proximity with someone who does not discredit them or look down on them for their current situation .

A woman is in a love interest with two different man: the first one has a psychopatic tendencies and is responsible for her father's past sufferings (could also be responsible for his death in the present).. and the other is a loud and good-natured, but oddly naive being who has been emotionally separated by his actually loving family. Both of those lovebke oddballs have a their mother dying on an early age and their father remarrying to another woman. They have another sibling through that marriage.. the female protagonist is an only child.

Both set in the art world with problematic exes.

More drama and angst than comedy.

- Dali and the Cocky Prince is the lighter drama. It's Okay to Not be Okay has darker, psychological aspects to it.

A light romantic comedy with a lovable ML. The ML falls for the FL first and tries his best to win her heart.

In both the main antagonist is somebody very close to the famele lead.., whom is obsessed about possing her and might be responsible for her father's death. Both have a smart female lead, which shames often fails miserably. The male lead in both is very warm and loving towards the female lead..(he is the one loving and trusting her more), while her love and trust take time.
