Right! I thought so too! Just because of the bedchamber scenes in the book, I think the book is better in some parts than the drama. The drama is missing something - the bed scenes lol. I just can't think of a reason a beauty trap would succeed if the vistim is not allowed to touch the beauty for a whole year. Even in the book, they only made it to three months before doing the tango.

I wanted to see all the emotional development that cane with being together on the bed! 😭
