"even if its just once i want to see you again"-----"i am waiting for my destiny"
such heartwarming series with a happy ending its time loop drama about the love between two people "i am waiting for my destiny" it was beautifully written i didn't watch the original version but remake version is really good and loved the main lead acting.. story was about the love of those two people where they wanted to meet their loved once after their death and which make them reunited in different time lines present-past-present-future ... cant explain how beautiful this story was ❤... people watched the original version and talking trash about the remake.. just watch the series without comparing it with the original one and you will really feel how soul-stirring this show is..Was this review helpful to you?
Complicated
It can be a little confusing and hard to understand in the beginning, but you will understand everything later on and the puzzles will sit right. In this show you can see the hardships of being a teenager or maybe just a human being that have to work hard to fit in with the others. But it also includes unconditional love that is timeless and seems to find it self in the both of the timelines. I personally enjoyed watching this show, I LOVE fantasy and time travel and things so yea this show was made for me hehe(o^^o)Was this review helpful to you?

A wonderful drama
I did not know this was a remake but I enjoyed it thoroughly ! It is brilliant , well acted with some amazing photographic scenes and a story that keeps you on the edge of your seat . It never falters , keeps a good pace and your interest . A most enjoyable Back to the Future series . The cast is wonderful especially Jeon Yeo-been who transforms from a 36 year old woman into an awkward teenager through skills and good acting . Three characters time travelled but the story never loses its focus until it is all resolved . There won't be any going back into the past . The past is safe . The future remains in the future and the ending predicts a forthcoming romance . The theme song is beautiful .Was this review helpful to you?
Confusing Yet Captivating Love Story
A Time Called You is a drama that captured my heart, despite its moments of confusion. The storyline, which weaves through complexities and emotional depths, sometimes became tangled, making it challenging to follow every twist and turn. However, what truly stood out and compensated for any narrative confusion was the remarkable acting from the cast. Their performances were not just skilled but deeply moving, bringing to life the essence of the story and its characters in a way that was utterly convincing and compelling. The drama has this incredible ability to reignite a belief in love, thanks to the palpable chemistry between the leads and the earnestness with which they navigate their relationship. Even when the plot felt a bit muddled, the sincere and heartfelt portrayals kept me engaged, rooting for the characters and their journey towards love. This drama is a testament to the power of strong performances and the enduring allure of a love story, even when it takes you through a labyrinth of emotions and timelines. It's a drama that, despite its flaws, leaves a lasting impression and a renewed sense of hope in the magic of love.

Cinema!
This show is confusing and you need to focus and understand it to the core, just like King Eternal Monarch, both shows are so confusing and hard to catch but both are so good when you understand the show well. I am so invested with this show and the OST is one of the best, Gather My Tears made it on my top 10 Spotify Wrapped, it always reminds me of the show and how it captured my heart. Was this review helpful to you?
Not for Unkeen-to-details People. Good for those unique storyline enjoyers.
I had a brief moment thinking of words to describe my review. But, only these thoughts would better fit my watching experience./ Existential Paradox
/- Even though, confusion and questions tend to pop out during the whole series, I am glad this went into a well-structured time-fractured events that determine the connection of each timeline they went through with each POV remaining true and intact even until the ending "reset."
/ Resonated My Timeline = Reincarnation in the mix
/- In whole honesty, I choose to believe reincarnation is possibly real. I just haven't figured out the timeline where I would meet my late bestfriend again. Somewhat similar with that, I'm fascinated by the twists of this show given that it offered as much fiction and dream analysis that unfolded like a song looped into place.
/ Exciting Experimental Experience
/- As the last episode told us, people may not find it interesting at first to experiment with different genres of plots. But the way this show portrayed the different possibilities that a KDrama would go and evolve in many ways that they wouldn't drop a feeling of yearning. Moreover, it was really a good resting piece of a show that tackles not just finding someone over and over again but you will find it comforting to build peace for your own life as you go through with people who will be there for you—always.

You gotta try hard for this one
Honestly, it was really confusing at first, but if you observe and watch it and not rush things, you will have a good chance of understanding it at first episode itself. For me, I had to repeat certain parts of episodes to understand the scenes succeeding them. It was a complicated network of past and present. Coming to the actors and their portrayal of the characters. Jeon Yeobin as Han Junhee/Kwon Minju was perfect. From being a shy, coy girl named Minju in 1998 timeline to a career driven, independent and proud Han Junhee in the present, it was sheer perfection. Liked her more than Vincenzo here. Next, Ahn Hyoseop as Goo Yeonjun/Nam Shihyeon. I will say this, cuz nobody else will, he was the most confusing character in this drama. You can't understand and figure out what his deal is, until the end of the drama. Yet his acting was pretty natural I'd say, especially that bl cameo story with Rowoon as Taeha was amazing actually. Kang Hoon as Jung Ingyu. Man I hated his character no offence. He liked Minju, that was perfectly fine, I mean second leads are supposed to fall for the FL, but ditching your best friend who once saved you from getting bullied by your colony kids for a girl?? That some immature and rude move. I so desperately wanted Shihyeon to ditch him and not be his friend anymore, and I wouldn't be lying if I say that I also hoped for Ingyu to be the killer, so much, just so he'd be out of Minju and Shihyeon's life. He was that infuriating, and his expressions kinda looked like psychopaths. Anyway, conclusively this drama is a pretty good watch, but you might feel an urgency to finish it as soon as possible, as I did get impatient by the time I reached the half of it, tho I do recommend it, it's a light thriller romantic so you guys can give it a watch. Was this review helpful to you?
THE BEST KDRAMA OF 2023 FOR ME.
I know I have not watched yet a lot of kdramas that ppl loved this year (for example the good bad mother etc) but this for me was the BEST kdrama of the year. I loved it so much that I had to write a review even if I rarely do so.I just found out this was a remake of a chinese drama, I'm not sure if I'll watch that one, just cause I'm curious but all I can say is that no matter that one, this drama was made very good.
I won't make spoiler in this review but I will tell you its a CONFUSING drama, at least for the first 8th episodes. In number 8 you'll start putting most of the pieces together.
On one side it was such frustrating not understanding ANYTHING of what was going on and where all was going to go til the very end but that was what made this drama beautiful.
The acting of Ahn Seop was really amazing on this drama and also all the other actors were very good even if his performance was my fav (if you watched the drama you'll get why I say so).
Only thing i can say is that for me the rewatch value of this i very low. I've rewatched true beauty or Land crushing so many times but this... I'm not even sure I can watch it a second time because when you know and find out everything than its done. You can love or hate the story they invented but when you know it, in my opinion, rewatching it its a bit pointelss since the all point of this drama is that you wanna so desperately to find out whats happening .

Drama with a Twist
Tbh, this drama can go wrong on so many ways if not done properly but i was surprised that it was actually enjoyable. Don’t get me wrong, usually remakes especially from taiwan drama to korean its usually not that good.. but this, i enjoyed it and i actually loved it. Its plot was interesting and kept me wanting to know more or whats going on and how did it happened. I will not compare this to the taiwan original drama but on its own, this is good.I truly enjoyed it and wish that people will give this a chance.

Great story and theme
So this review is based on someone who hasn't seen the original. I heard it was a remake but I never watched the original so I won't be comparing anything. As a standalone, I thought the story overall was very well done - It keeps you on your toes kinda wondering where its gonna go and what happened to Koo Yeon Jun, while at the same time slowly unraveling the mystery of Min joo. Even with the time travel aspects, I felt they did a great job wrapping up the ending as well. We see a very powerful theme of mental health with Min Joo's character, while the theme of destiny and fate is heavily portrayed in the leads. For me the pacing was great, every time a loose end was wrapped up, there was another that would begin to be worked on so it kept me waiting and enjoying the happy moments inbetween.
The story was the biggest selling point for me - the actors did a great job although if I were to criticize anything, it would probably be the FL for 2 or 3 scenes. Primarily, the first time Jun hee sees "Jeon Jun" again - I felt the impact of the scene wasn't as strong as it could have been.
The romance wasn't as strong as many other dramas, but the green flag ML moments were there and they were very sweet! His character may seem a bit clingy at the start, but as the drama goes on, you understand what he was protecting and why he valued her so much.
Music was very memorable and all the characters do leaving a lasting impression so overall a very pleasant watch! Would 100% recommend to someone who enjoys a little murder mystery and happy throwbacks.
