Both have women from the future who infiltrate the royal family and shake things up. Two princes vying for the girl. Misunderstood "black" prince with a grudge against the world, who suffered terrible mistreatment as a child, experiencing the healing power of love and caring.

Different Princess reminded me of another fantasy drama My Amazing Boyfriend, although the theme and setting are not identical, the characters are cute. Both dramas are very enjoyable, not too serious, full of magic, adventure & romance.

The rest I won't continue as they are spoilers but these 2 feel very similar

STTS is about a girl who enters a fictional world and learns to navigate. She has the power to freeze the world because she entered through her TV. Therefore she can freeze the world using her remote. Very comedic and less romantic but hard to let go once you finish.

DP is a romance about an author who enters her novel. She has to fix her BE from inside the book and must navigate the dangerous waters. She has no golden finger aside from her memories of the book and character settings. She uses her knowledge to solve multiple cases and gain the trust of the characters.

They both include a girl going into a fictional world. They have the enemies to lovers troupe and a fml that is very bright, infectious and a bit nosy. They tend to eavesdrop a lot and try to avoid death while in the world.

There is a huge difference though. DP is a wuxia drama, so no immortals but there is qinggong. STTS is a xianxia drama so there is immortals and demons.

FL is from modern world and travels to a story.
She is paired up with evil ML and ends up falling in love with him while she begins the story fearing for her life.

Both have a transmigrated FL that is relatively intelligent and falls for the supposed "bad guy" of the original story that they inevitably change.

similar concept, Princess, Prince is not accepting of her at first and then slowly falls in love with her.

Both FLs travel from the modern day to a historical world and fall in love with the ML. Both FLs begin to fade in and out as their time in that world draws to a close.

They are both Ireine timetravel dramas almost sa.e plot but tge different princess is about a writer whi enters her own novel and becames the third princess consort who dies on her wedding day but is daved by the crown prince her cousin after running away and almost count by the third prince who was thrying to kill her inorder to create chaos
