Kamisama no Ekohiiki

Jang Bong Hwan is a South Korean chef who has risen up the ranks to cook for the country’s top politicians in the Blue House’s presidential residences. After a serious accident, he finds himself in the body of the young queen, Kim So Yong, when whisked away to an era deep in Korea’s past.

While Queen Kim So Yong’s husband is the reigning monarch, King Cheol Jong, he is so in name only. The late King Sunjo’s Queen, Sun Won, has taken advantage of King Cheol Jong’s better nature, and is ruling the realm in his name. And she faces competition from her own brother, Kim Jwa Geun, who also has designs on power.

Sakahira Riku, a first-year high school student, is jokingly pushed on the shoulder by his friend Tasaki while swimming by the pool, and falls into the pool with Mizumura Manami, who is next to him. Although different plot both have pretty similar bl reference (friend likes bestfriend) and this one is sure to make you attached as it will keep you wanting to know more about the ending.

They have similar energy, slice of life, you can see softness between human and in the atmosphere, so nostalgic + countryside feelings <3 character develepments, finding yourself, lgbt characters and you can find more in both + they have the actor Furukawa Yuki in cast!!

They're both super enjoyable to watch even though they have very different plots. They're fun and have a bit of comedy and the characters are really likeable! I feel like they have some really sweet moments in each show too. I loved 'Kamisama no Ekohiiki' and I'm really enjoying 'Fukou-kun wa Kiss Suru Shikanai!', so I think you'll like each show if you enjoyed one of them.
