Episode Title: The Celebratory Banquet
Zhu Yu investigates a haunted jewelry shop, while Wu Zhen sneaks into the same jewelry shop to look for the Bone Relic. They both attend Li Gong Shen’s promotion celebration, where a green, glass lantern catches their eye. The lantern releases a shadow demon, and in the process of subduing it, Zhu Yu stumbles upon the Bone Relic.

Moonlit Reunion Episode 3 Reactions
We learned a little more about Wu Zhen's past with Mei Si telling Mei Zhuyu about her background. The episode focus on Wu Zhen and Mei Zhuyu investigating a bone relic. We get introduced to a new demon inside a lantern and learn that it once inhabited a mortal body and that Xiao Loubai is a fake scholar who stole her work.
