The plot feels a little all over the place(or non existent) but to me it's understandable because I feel it was in fact written with a 2nd season in mind. I do think season 1 centered around the main characters falling in love with some extra information given that would be used to extract the actual plot for season 2( if we do get one). The directors actually took time to find ACTORS for the show. I didn't once feel like someone was not doing a good job at portraying their characters(INCLUDES EVERYONE) but I'd like to give a special shoutout to Apo and Bible. Their performance speaks for itself! I'd like to compliment Apo for the way he acts with he's eyes (only ever felt so compelled to compliment the way people act with their eyes was for Nanon and Mixx from gmm) [ if you've got chance to rewatch the show, try to focus on Apo's eye acting, it's actually insane when you watch and zoom in. I do wish the people behind the camera's focused on he's eye acting when he portrayed emotions( basically the way it was done in bad buddy for Nanon)]. Mile and Build were outstanding as well!

There is most certainly rewatch value, more so because of the comedic scenes for me. I know many dislike the comedy factor, but it's what made the show more enjoyable. Tong, Build, Apo, Bas and Job eally carried the reasons for my laughter while watching this show.
I won't comment much on either of the relationships because I'm well aware what type of show I'm watching. I did feel uncomfortable with certain scenes of both couples [ep4 ending for the noncon( thank you for apologizing at least kinn) and VP abuse. The pet scene especially irked me] but not to the point of where I'd feel I want to petition to cancel it. It was just something personal.
IMPORTANT: GAY people have sex and I'm a little tired of having this conversation with people, especially the cis woman using it as a way to invalidate the show because it's apparently porn to them. And all the NC scenes done in this show was done beautifully, especially ep7 and ep13( 2 NC scenes that portrays different emotions of the characters at that time of their relationship). Let uz queer people in media have sex without minimizing it to porn just because that's all you see as a viewer

You never know what to expect
I remember seeing the first Episode of KinnPorsche, and at the time I didn't think I was going to get so hooked up on it. As I kept watching the new episodes each Saturday I found myself so captivated by all the elements used in making KinnPorsche, from the actors, the music, the little details, everything fit in with each other so well. I always wanted more after I finished an episode and would rewatch the teasers for the next episode over and over again. The story was written very well, no one was able to predict what would happen. The actors did an amazing job in bringing these characters to life, they've been working so hard to portray their characters and their hard work has truly paid off. The OSTs are perfect, every single one of them was written with so much though. I absolutely love how the Thai and English version of Free Fall reflect the perspectives of Kinn and Porsche respectively. It's just brilliant.I don't know if this will be the end for KinnPorsche, regardless of whether there's a special to be released or a Season 2, I'm very satisfied and content with how it ended. I would not change anything about it.
If you plan on watching it please read the episode warnings beforehand, because this series is definitely not for everyone. For those of you who do plan on watching it, I hope you enjoy.

KinnPorsche SHINES !!
After watching the finale, I can finally truly say that KinnPorsche has broken the glass ceiling and set a new standard for BLs. Shows that came before it like Manner of Death and Not Me really set the groundwork but with a great cast, budget and storyline I think it's safe to say that KinnPorsche is now the gold standard for BL's. What I think is even more impressive is that they've set up this show and cast in a way I think it can possibly do multiple seasons of this show. The look on his mom's face definitely gives us hints that we might be going dark for season 2 and the mother's story will definitely be something that will keep us entertained.Was this review helpful to you?
Beautiful ending
KinnPorsche is definitely a BL worth to watch. It was intense, powerful, romantic, sad, frustrating. Don t know why it has so many bad reviews as far as I have seen, because it s actually a decent BL.One thing that I disliked was the abuse/r@pe scenes. Not necessarily that it happened, but because of the way it was forgiven and forgotten by the victim way too fast. It just doesn t sit right with me.
Another thing that I didn t like was the lack of communication between Kinn and Porsche. When they had a misunderstanding/argument, they resolved it by doing the dirty, which made a hole in the storyline.
I wanted to see more KimChay interaction, I don t think they really match each other, but it was interesting to watch Kim falling for Chay and Chay's glow up.
Thankhun is a very funny character, who is actually smarter than everyone thinks.
Now for the VegasPete relationship: at the beginning of the drama, you would've never guessed that these two would actually fall for each other. Their story wasn't rushed at all, neither dragged. It s a very toxic and complicated relationship, but at the end of the day, they both found happiness together.
In the beginning of the drama, we see Pete as a bubbly character, a devotated bodyguard and a nice friend. As the story progresses, we find out more about Pete's childhood and that it actually quite similar to Vegas', which makes them realise that they need eachother, despite knowing that it s wrong, Pete being on Major family's side and Vegas being on Minor family's side.
Vegas is, for me, the most interesting character in the series. He is the misunderstood villain, a boy who gets abused daily by his father, a boy who feels like he is never enough to please people. He is treated very bad and he also treats people bad.
KinnPorsche's relationship was deep, intense, i liked it. We find Kinn in the first episodes as a heartbroken, cold mafia son, who never trusts anyone. Later in the series, we find out that he is actually a romantic, sweet guy, but with anger issues. Porsche, on the other hand, we see him at first as a fun bartender who seduces all the ladies, a caring brother and a guy with lots of friends. Quite the opposite right? Well these two fell for eachother, despite the circumstances.
I really hope we will get a season 2 even tho all the couple's stories were ended up nicely. There are still many plot holes to fill, i still have many questions. It would be nice to have a season 2 where the couples face different obstacles and where the storyline is continued.

What A Masterpiece!
I’ve watched so many Thai series but this was just amazing! Not only was the cast spot on but the acting was on par as well, the music added to it and the production was a money well spent.Now for some of you that didn’t know that KP was first shot my filmania, later on when the show almost got canceled PMile who played Kinn and also happens to be the ceo of be on cloud helped make it come to life and get a lot of investors on board. There are two trailers, one from a year ago and a recent one and you can clearly see the difference in not just the acting but the budget has increased drastically.
The actors did an excellent job and To top it all off the chemistry between them is insane! Nothing feels forced and you tend to forget you’re watching a series because of real their acting was. The s*x scenes felt like two lovers making love and not just acting cause tbh a lot of Thai bl don’t understand that concept and it feels kinda plain and downright bad acting.
I think what helped them portray this role also was because of how close they were in real life, a lot of scenes they improvised or went off script which always ended up being sweet and loving.
The side couples did not disappoint as well, they all had chemistry and a lot of passion.
Dark blue kiss was my favorite bl before but this topped it in so many ways, mile and apo made you feel the love, pain and sincerity between these Characters and most importantly even after being together kinn didn’t have to change himself for Porshe. What I mean by that is he didn’t need to quit or alter his mafia side, in fact he supported him and ended up being the minor family.
This is a very enjoyable series and tbh not for kids, it’s not your soft boy shit, you need to get into it knowing it’s a legit mafia family and it does cover a lot of issues that kids or people not mature enough can understand.

The physical manifestation "if you vibe you vibe, if you don't you don't" straight out of an ao3 fic
I will begin by saying that this is the kind of show you have to watch on your own time, and form your own opinion. You can tell whether you'll love or hate it within the first maybe 3 episodes. If you are not vibing with the show by that point, save yourself the misery. It took me 3-4 episodes to be like, okay yeah, let's get into it. But not everyone vibes with it, and that is okay.I loved it even though it's not the kind of genre I usually watch. Based on story only, this show deserves maybe a 8 or 8.5. The ending left a lot of open ends/plotholes (?) that look like a set up for season 2. Hopefully, they address those. But as to how why I've given it a 10:
1) the acting: the cast ate DOWN. all the acting performances are fucking phenomenal, especially mile, apo, bible, tong and jeff. Not one bad thing can be said about the acting. Just. *chefs kiss.*
2) amazing, human, morally grey characters: if you love a big cast with great mcs and loveable side characters, you'll love this show. The characters carried this and that is primarily why it is a 10. There is a whole round up of complex, layered characters to choose from, even if you don't like the story all that much. A lot of the criticism stems from "where is the mafia theme?" but the thing is, this show is mafia themed AND revolves around characters who are human before they are kill machines. That is why the show sometimes is funny, or sad, or not Criminal Enough. I personally was okay with that. More than okay with that. They balanced the mafia themes with everyone's (grey moral) humanity quite well. If it was just guns and sex for the sake of guns and sex, it would not make a good show.
2) something for everyone: there are three ships that are so tonally different that sometimes it looks like three separate shows. Some people take issue with that and that's fine. Personally the tonal shifts didn't bother me, and I was pretty invested in all the ships because I liked the dynamics of all three ships. I was never bored with any of the ships, but again, that comes down to personal preference.
3) cinematography and OST: just. gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous show. Good songs and background scores too. They played around with a lot of colours for symbolism as well. Just gorgeous.
4) tender queerness: people keep saying this is fetishiser bait and a "porn show" but that is one thing that is a hard lie, at least in my opinion. In my opinion 1) there are really not that many sex scenes as people would lead you to believe, and 2) as a queer man, Kinn and Porsche are just queer men in love, and none of their kisses or NC scenes feel forced or put there just for the sake of appeasing fetishiser gaze. Every scene has meaning, is gorgeous and adds to the plot. Calling it a porn show, and acting like it has no overarching plot is a disservice and an insult.
Heed all the trigger warnings though: dubcon, violence, guns, gore, violence, manipulation, torture, abuse.
I'm trying to keep this as spoiler-free as possible so this is all I'll say: watch it yourself and form your own opinion. It's definitely the kind of show that is not for everybody, but if it hits, it hits. And it hits Hard. Is it a perfect show? No. I did take some issue with some of the editing and there are decisions the characters made that I was like "why did you do that lol." Sometimes I had to turn my brain off to understand some decisions, particularly Porsche's. I would like some story explained and plot revealed and resolved, esp around the character of Kim. But it is a good show. A great show. It is hilarious, it is tragic, it is queer and most of all, it is entertaining and a good time, if nothing else.

Outstanding BL
This far exceeded my expectations. I have watched a lot of BL's but got tired of the same old tropes. Especially in Thai BL. I can't stand the young looking twink who acts cute ( yes Cutie Pie I am pointing at you), the rehashed storylines and engineering students. Only A Thousand Stars and Until We Meet Again were different. KinnPorsche has broken the mold. The story, the acting, the beautiful cinematography and music. Wow... Mile and Apo were phenomenal in the leads. Their chemistry was hot. They brought emotion to their characters that typically shows lack. Tong... He is such a joy. Hysterical writing and acting. Bible and Build... Pulled off VegasPete so well. Even made me feel a bit bad for Vegas. Kudos to Pond for his directing and screenwriting. Plus the whole production team. He changed the book storylines to fit the screen so much better. And if you like action and mafia..this for you. Best thing.. no one is in engineering school. Enjoy!Was this review helpful to you?

My Disappointment Is Immeasurable and My Day Is Ruined
I dont wanna see people I don't like kiss and fall in "love".
I felt it with cutie pie and I feel it here, some characters (or more specifically, their decisions) are just too unlikable to overlook. The leeway given to mediocre plot in exchange for decent, not awkward BL doesn't exist here, because even the BL parts left me conflicted.
If a show is GOOD, like really, sincerely good, I just watch it. Back to back to back until it's done. I was reading reviews while watching episode 2 because I couldn't fathom how this got that high of a rating and I've had fastforward held down since the beginning of ep. 2. I'm skipping forwards constantly because Porsche is so aggressively unlikable. For all that he was wary of the mafias, he starts working for them and immediately begins acting a fool. I was literally rooting for someone to shoot him-- not fatally, though I don't think I'd care regardless, but anything to just restart the brain he seemed to have left behind in episode one. I'm not even done with episode two yet and this is all I have to say about it. The only positive is that episode one was interesting enough to get me to episode two. Episode two might not be interesting enough to get me to episode three, but the reviews implied it'll be worth it to wait for the VegasPete storyline so I'm gonna see how long I can hang on.
If you hate cringe, this one's not for you. By episode two, there's no breaks between Porsche making Stupid Fucking Decisions™️. Every single scene, you can assume he'll take the stupidest, most deranged action possible, without fail. He seemed like a reasonable, serious young man in the first episode, but in the second, we learn he is your average, pos asshole. I'm being so real, it has been four minutes since I wrote the previous paragraph and every time he's on screen the urge to drop this show increases exponentially. It's not even stressful because I KNOW he's going to do something so stupid it feels patently unrealistic. It's annoying in the kind of way that just make you want to leave, there's nothing to be said. I like unlikable characters when done correctly, but this is a type of unlikable that I don't think some backstory can fix. He does something that should end with a bullet between the eyes (because they're the MAFIA, HELLO???? do actions not have consequences????) and all that happens is he gets lightly strangled to sleep. How the hell do you even gently strangle someone??? And everyone else in the room who are literally also mafias are okay with just that??? Sure, yeah, ok, I'll believe it even though me, as a viewer, was as unsatisfied as they should've been.
I cannot properly communicate how disappointing this series is so far. And every new scene I watch, I have to come back to type more because I hate it. I'm STILL IN EPISODE TWO. Every. Single. Scene. Is. Frustrating. I might just start skipping whenever I see Porches face and hope the second couple saves this.
I've made it to episode three with only a single lobotomy, yay. I can't tell if it's Porsche or the author who forgot about the brother he's supposed to care dearly for. He goes out (and thus definitely has service) and doesn't think of him once. Now that Kinn's brother is more front and center, I can see that everything I took issue with in the previous episodes was an attempt at comedy. Not one bit of it landed, including in this episode, but I can at least see where the director thinks I should be laughing.
Episode three marks Porsche taking things slightly more seriously. Unfortunately, I am already rooting for anyone who isn't him AND doesn't like him. He puts himself in more stupid situations that he KNOWS won't go well (and it's also never explained how doing what he wants somehow trumps everyone else's authority. He just leaves his new boss to go work for the old one without consulting either? And it just works out I guess, because it's never addressed 🙂 sure ok. But why write a mafia story?) Someone points a gun and Porsche holds his up for literally two seconds. Two seconds, and then just raises his hand instead? Like bro, at this point just say, "omg babe this isn't you, put the gun down." Wtf is a hand supposed to do against bullets????
Everything's apparently life and death because mafia, but everybody pulls guns out for fun and then doesn't shoot. I thought we were going to get something gritty and real because one dude gets shot for fun in episode one, but that is literally as interesting as it will ever get. The montages of "Oh fun drunk times haha" is literally the most engaging part of this episode and the last. I do not know if the bar can get lower than six feet under, but it's trying. Speaking of the second bar trip, still no sign of giving two shits about his brother. It's like the character from the start is absolutely gone. And they just established its only been a month, so it's not like he should've changed entire personalities.
The "romance" between Kinn and Porsche feels forced. And then it is forced, because Kinn forces a makeout on a drunk Porsche despite Kinn himself seeming almost sober. We're in episode four now, by the way. I haven't had much to compliment in this series, so I'll say this much: the opening song is great. No urge to skip it, especially when I know the episode won't be. The episode recaps go over the last two episodes, which would be awesome if anything happened in them, but is instead just entirely unnecessary. Even to this point, Porsche is unlikable, irritating, and just plain dumb. Takhun is currently the most likable character and, if you're watching the series, you'll understand why that's bad. Vegas was on screen for ten seconds and managed to be the best character so far. The best character otherwise would be Pete, but Pete doesn't dislike Porsche, so he gets points deducted. Jesus, this character is so annoying. I'm sorry, every time I press play, he's doing something fucking stupid. The best thing he's done so far is not be homophobic, which is not a high bar.
Have y'all noticed I haven't mentioned the story at all? It's because there isn't one. I have never cared less about a plot and I haven't even been able to locate this one to care about. Vegas just did something so lame bro, I can't breathe, I need one good character PLEASE. It's not as stupid as Porsche or Kinn's behavior so maybe I just forget it happened? I think this series gives me the ick because I'm just unsatisfied with every little thing at this point. Like the diamond auction?? I could understand gold but wtf gives a shit about diamonds???? A secret auction for a rock with no actual value?? Yeah, the ick. If anything else was believable, I'd overlook a lot, but the show never misses an opportunity to be shit.
Remember that forced romance I mentioned? Well now it's literal, Kinn fucks Porsche when he's drugged at a bar 🙃. I knew it was coming and I still was hoping it'd go different. I'm now in episode five (in about two hours since I began, that's how much I'm skipping and fast forwarding) and I think this is the last one. I can't stomach more of this waiting for a better couple, especially because now that I've seen a bit more of Vegas, my hopes are nonexistent.
I have now seen an additional bit more of Vegas and take back my previous statement. The first couple barely exists, the second couple has yet to acknowledge each other... why is there a third couple? They're cute, as in the people who play then are cute. The characters themselves I couldn't give less of a fuck about and they're scenes push me further out of a drama I was already way out of. Imma get into episode six though, because it's only taking 10mims per ep at this point. I don't know if I can still count this as watching, but I also still get what's going on because there's really not much so. Speaking of episode six, if you're stuck outside with no source of clean water, don't drink river, lake, or pond water until day three, when it's urgent. Parasites exist. Also, this shouldn't need to be said, but if you see a ravine, don't jump over it. Especially if you can clearly see the sides of it bro, fr just walk around, was this necessary???
There is no greater pain than trying to fastforward only to realize you've already been watching at 2x. At this point I'm now aware this is like a series of vaguely mafia themed fantasies the author had and then attempted to string together with a hair thin plot. Its actually a really bearable watch if you keep that in mind. That said, now that I'm on episode seven, I understand and agree that Vegas is saving this show. He won't succeed, but now I just skip to whenever his face shows up. Anyway, I watched about halfway through episode eight and then I was abruptly done. Nothing really happened to make it so, I just didn't want to watch anymore, even with all the skipping.
I won't say don't watch this, but if you're thinking of watching it, you should probably try walking your turtle or teaching your pet bird to swim first, it will be more entertaining 🙂

BEST SHOW OF THE SEASON!!!
I have seen a few bls and this one really stood out to me. It is trully one of a kind. The story and filmography left me speechless and the editing team has done an amazing work. The soundrack hit me out of nowhere and the grownig relationship between the two main characters is very unique. The plot is outstanding! No matter how hard I try, I can never guess what's going to happen next! I'm watching this with two of my friends and we always look forward to the next episode! I hope many people get to see this so that it will get the praise and recognition it deserves. I trully adore this show and haven't seen anything like it before!Was this review helpful to you?
This series had so much more potential.
Okay, so I've only seen four episodes and a bit of the fifth. But the scenes feel so so random?Like there's comedy and the next second there's this romantic music out of nowhere?
Maybe it's just not my style of editing, but how the heck am I supposed to follow all these twists and turns, and it's not only the scenes, the friendships are really f'ucking weird. If they now have a certain community and vibe of the staff, certain rules to follow - where- I don't know?
Am I alone in feeling that this series and plot had so much more potential?
I can clearly see that they have the budget, so why is the writing so weird?
Still, I will probably finish the series, but I have to stop five times each episode just to process the plot because it all just feels so random and weird.
I just feel like they tried to do a similar thing as "Trapped" but it flopped horribly.
EDIT - I watched ep. 6 (spoilers)
Oh my fucking god. The kiss, the water kiss. They were freezing, Kinn asking for a HUG, hugging, then the gentle kiss that seemed to make Porche weak in the knees, and Kinn then pausing, saying that they have to go up. I guess Kinn felt like it was a bad idea due to his feelings for Porche and Kinn's father saying that it can't happen again (as it did for Kinn with a former lover?)
EDIT 2 - still watching ep 6.
WOW okay, their acting! And the way that Kinn and Porche have gotten so much closer in a healthy way in this episode makes my eyes a bit blurry. This episode made my rating go from a six to a seven. I'm actually glad that I didn't drop the series.

You Will Love It - Or Hate It!
This is the first review that I have written where I want to express my opinion in more depth than I usually do, so PLEASE DON'T READ PAST THE SECTION OF MY REVIEW FLAGGED SPOILERS IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE SERIES.BL or LGBTQ?? Is there a difference, I think there is... this show is flagged as 21+ and is not Boys Love!! I don't think it sets a new standard for BL because there will always be an audience for cute, funny, emotional, romantic, with a little drama featuring young adults. This show does NOT fit that category at all.
If you are offended by shows with toxicity, this show is not for you - it's toxic from beginning to end. Adult subject matter, like most movies and shows for mature audiences. Whie this show is not a hard core action, thriller, or even realistic mafia (in my opinion), it does have a great deal of explicit sex, glorified rape, murder, sadistic torture, etc.
Was it a good show? It started out pretty good, but I think it went downhill after the two guys became a couple. The storyline went from good to cheesy for the main couple and the storyline for a secondary couple was just too violent for me.
While there were some scenes I didn't like, I did enjoy this series, and the acting, directing, cinematography, music, everything was high quality!
The actors were really some of the best I have seen, you can tell they put everything they had into each episode. I definitely liked the storyline for Kinn and Porsche (but not the actors, unfortunately) - the dynamics were awesome, to see the various challenges they faced, seeing Kinn as a human being and not just a mob boss, seeing Porsche in love, but not being able to fully trust anyone, there was a lot happening between them. I think the two actors were not appealing to me, but that is personal, I am sure a lot of viewers would disagree
The two brothers - what happened? I liked their story and would have liked to see more of them, but then, what happened? The ending was not really an ending - it was more like a cliffhanger.
SPOILER ALERT!! Don't read if you haven't watched.
Toxicity is one thing but falling in love with someone who practically kills you more than once, just doesn't sit well with me. The second couple thing, I just wasn't feeling it - and I could not feel sorry for Vegas even when he was most pitiable - for me he was nothing short of a monster, and Pete deserved so much better. It was also unrealistic that Kinn didn't think there was anything strange about him disappearing the way Pete just suddenly vanishes without a trace.
The date night, farting under the covers, and other stupid scenes took away from the show.
I would have preferred more screen time for the third and youngest couple, and I didn't like the ending for them, which didn't make any sense at all - why the song? Also, why did I feel like Porsche had no interest in what was going on with his brother that he didn't know Porchay didn't enroll in school and was heartbroken?
Putting the mother in at the end - what was the point? It didn't add anything to the story, in fact I think it was kind of contradictory to the ending.
Porsche who decides he's all in with the whole mafia thing, despite his brother not wanting him to be and his mother being the way she ended up and his father dying because of the mafia? This did not sit well with me.
