It is a yes for me!

Let's be real.. It's a good story, maybe some action, considering that should be a Mafia series, i was waiting more power role fights, more raw scene like the beginning when Kinn is dealing with the Italian. But then the mafia bubble is changed to "the adventures of Porsche, the new bodyguard" Some scenes are hilarious, Apo & Mile are so good in their role, but scenes like this I'd been fired on the spot for half ot these..the drama with Porsche dealing with the crude beginning of his relationship with Kinn is well depicted, but unfortunaly it seems so quickly done that makes me wonder what Porsche was really thinking about all.
Kinn is well portrait by Mile, but his reluctance at the beginning with "everyone wants me dead" crushed when he gives immediately in with Porsche.. There's no real trust issues, there're misunderstandings that are just solved some moments after.
Now, on the other level, Vegas and Pete.. Bible and Build made an outstanding job for these roles, and their interactions on the screen are stunning. The story of Vegas and Pete starts in a terrible way.. torture and are not my thing, but here is mixed up with the portray of phisical and mental abuse suffered by both men. Pete has found a way to deal with it trough his inner positivity, even if that is just a blanket to cover what he really feel. He smile even when he doesn't want to, just not to disappoint others or being a burden for the people he's living with. Vegas on the other hand Is so twisted by his father, the Mafia's world he has to deal with and the messed up relationship with the main family that even years of therapy can solve his issues. And then he catch Pete and everything falls in an another level.. Is far from healed, but he tries his best to face all these reality together strieving to be just him. That been said is remarkable the acting of these two if I think that they are not the main leads and their story has an arc of 5 more or less eps and I loved it for his complexity.
Acting: 9, even though for Bible and Build I'd say 10 with merit
Music: 9.. Jeff is spectacular and "Freefall" is really a great song
Story: ok, there are some plot holes, but if you just enjoy the show it doesn't really matter.
Rewatch value? Yes!

WATCH IT!!! SO WORTH IT!!

Words cannot describe how much I absolutely love this series. I’ve watched it way too many times and it never fails to make me cry, laugh, I believe in love, etc.. the plot is so unique and really cool and so well done and the cast is amazing. Every single one of them is great, you can really tell how much effort the company put into casting these people for each roll because they fit so well and the chemistry and love they have for each other is so real. ALSO don’t even get me started on the SMUT scenes because they are beautiful. The ending is truly amazing and I cannot stress about how much I love the show!!!! it’s a 10/10!!

I watched every episode 4 times and I never do that

What can I say? It's just that good. Definitely the most well-produced BL series I've ever seen. The only thing that comes close is the Sammon verse (Manner of Death and Triage), in my opinion. I really struggle to rewatch things, it's even rare that a series holds my attention the first time I watch it, but KinnPorsche really gripped me tight. I dragged like four friends into the KP rabbit hole with me, all completely different people, but they were always just as convinced as I was after I forced them to watch the first episode. I think that really speaks for itself. Just a really, really good series, both as a TV show and as a BL.

Engaging Action Undermined by Troubling Themes

KinnPorsche raises some important concerns, especially regarding its romanticization of kidnapping. The show depicts a relationship between a kidnapped man and his captor, which blurs the lines between love and coercion. This approach trivializes the trauma victims endure and suggests that violence can somehow foster healthy relationships. This narrative is not only misleading but also risks normalizing abusive dynamics, making it seem like such relationships are acceptable.

Another troubling aspect is the portrayal of Kinn and Porsche’s sexual encounters before they even form a genuine romantic connection. This depiction feels inappropriate and implies that casual encounters can replace real emotional bonds, diminishing the complexity of intimacy in relationships.

The series also showcases toxic dynamics, with manipulative behaviors and emotional instability that complicate the characters' interactions. Poor communication leads to misunderstandings, creating cycles of dysfunction that overshadow the themes of love and support.

Additionally, the side couple, Kim and Porchay, lacks chemistry, making their interactions feel forced and underdeveloped.

A numerous amount of awkward scenes involving Kinn's mentally unstable brother detract from the show's overall tone, coming off as filler rather than meaningful narrative development.

KinnPorsche is filled with plot holes that can leave viewers puzzled about character motivations, which makes it hard to invest emotionally in the story. Despite these issues, the series does have its strengths. It combines action and romance effectively, featuring strong performances and striking cinematography that enhance its intense atmosphere. The exploration of loyalty and power dynamics adds some depth to character development, making it a noteworthy watch despite its flaws.

Overall, I really enjoyed this series, giving it a solid 9/10 for overall enjoyment. However, the last three episodes were extremely disappointing due to a lot of toxic elements and shift in the storyline. On the positive side, it’s packed with action and some unexpected plot twists that really kept me engaged.

When I look at the series as a whole, though, I’d have to rate it a 5/10. While I loved about half of it, the other half was filled with morally questionable moments that really impacted my overall impression and changed the entire tone of the series. So, it’s a mixed bag—there are definitely some compelling stories, but the troubling themes hold it back.

Conflictingly great

This drama somehow tore my entire heart out and changed the course of my life. I went into it feeling uncomfortable, but kept watching out of curiosity. I kept it a guilty pleasure until I saw the ending. Then, I realised this series is probably the most meaningful to me out of every Thai drama I've watched. I ended up rooting for everyone, despite my grievances. KinnPorsche made me believe they are all human, despite their doings.

The pacing of this drama is nearly too fast, which caught me very off guard. I'm used to dramas being on the cusp of boring just to fill a certain number of episodes, but KinnPorsche does the opposite. You can't really look away whilst watching. Even during softer scenes, there's a tension that won't break. It kept me engaged.

The aesthetics were perfect for this setting in my opinion. I'm easily turned off by bleak or unfitting visuals, so this was a huge plus in my book. The actors did a really great job portraying the characters. Props to them!

My biggest problem with this drama: KinnPorsche has an abundance of SA, which makes me unable to give it five entire stars. Some explicit scenes felt drawn out and without reason. It's something that turned me off a lot, especially in the first half of watching this. I strongly recommend not watching KP if this is in any way triggering to you.

So good!!!

I just finished binging this for the second time. I forgot how much of a masterpiece this show is!!
What an epic journey we get to go on.

The ost is repetitive, but I think it is good. Creative that they came up with different versions of the main song to fit different moods. & ofc Jeff Satur is a God among peasants with the voice of an angel.

I'm in awe of the cast's acting skills. They sold every aspect and every emotion of their characters. I love all 3 brothers plus their cousin, Vegas. I came for Kinn and Porsche, but in the end I loved every couple (perhaps Vegas and Pete are my favorite though 😭).

Tankhun is the funniest character in this whole show. I adore him. Thanayut did a phenomenal job in this role.

I wish Porchay was aged up to 18 and portrayed by an older actor so we could've gotten more romance from Kim & Porchay, but Jeff still sold us on the love and protectiveness Kim has for Porchay without any physical intimacy happening.

Despite the couple of bad eggs that are now a stain on this masterpiece off screen, I'm grateful for this shows existence and I am sure I will watch it again and again!

Worth every second!

I usually don’t watch Thai bl but this is definitely my top 1 favorite Thai bl, everything about this show was so interesting, I was more interested in the second couple than the first couple but also the second couple was Vegas and Pete which was kinda toxic and Pete also fell in love with his OWN Kidnapper who tortured him for fun and had an opportunity to escape but didn’t…
But the cast visual was insane everyone was fine!
the plot was soo good and wasn’t boring at all which this drama is about violence which is rare to make usually interesting! Definitely watch this.

MAFIATIC JOURNEY !

IN CREDIBLE ! that is all I gotta say for this work, such a performance I want to congratulate everyone who created this TV show ! What a Mafiactic Journey I had with this drama ! It was bloody, sexy, funny and romantic and Thrilling at the same time, god ! I cannot find anything I did not like with this drama I just like everything and every thing here is fantastic.
This drama is something else and all I ever felt after watching this was like I want more , I am not ready to say goodbye and now I do not know what to do with my life anymore
The story was always surprising, it was not easy to predict, it was like leading you step by step but not gonna tell you where to go, I felt Like the head of tge Minor Family Khun Gun have something else more truth to say just before he was shot by Khun Korn, I am somehow confused who of the two heads really killed Porsche's Father.
Everyone is gay here HAHAHA it is BL after all , it was so spicy, it is something that Thailand can boast about, I have so many thoughts about this, I am thinking if there will be an addaptation from other country, will they be able to do what Kinn Porche did , Like it was so so Spicy and Romantic.
While everyone is mature and raging and sexy here, we have Kim and Porchay with the teen age first love to help us lighten the vibe.
The Action was really action! Ugh no words to say two thumbs up 👍👍 Probably one of my favorite parts was when Porsche have found out the one who killed his Father, I mean the scape goat who has a grand daughter, he was about and wants to kill that man but he chose not to because everything will keep on going round and round just as what happened to him, he chose to let the situation end with him, such a good heart Khun Porsche ! And the probably the story of Vegas and Pete, it was toxic but it was beautiful ! Damn ! I really thought Vegas ended up dead ! I literally shouted out knowing he was still alive at the end !
And yeah what more to say, this may be the reason why this drama was so noisy 2 years ago when it was airing , it was this awesome , it was Phenomenal, it was a wave ! Mile and Apo such a great actors and super professional ! Like did they just did that love scene as if it was nothing like , it was too daring and its like they are too used of doing it, it was so natural, it looks so real damn ! But not just them ! Everyone there , Vegas I am crazy over him, you hear him speakinh English ? I am melted every time.
Production, Cinematography, Visuals, sound effects 10 out of 10 .. Be on Cloud Kuddos to you ! 👏👏👏 lets meet again Kinn and Porsche ! Nothing more left to say fantastic , one of the best !

(vague spoilers) loved this show!

I went into this show knowing nothing, having never seen a BL or a Thai show at all, and only knowing that the main couple was cute thanks to a gifset on my tumblr dash. I had no expectations, but the show exceeded them anyway. The acting was astounding for this being so many's first role, and the cinematography was beautiful. I had to pause all the time just to take in the scenery presented to us. Every single episode gave me something to be shocked about, or something entertaining to laugh at, or something to coo over. At times it was very soap opera-y but each twist and turn had me hooked to my screen.

I'll reiterate what I saw other reviewers say which is that this show is meant for mature audiences who can understand that these relationships are toxic. They're extremely fun to watch and the actors do an amazing job of guiding the audience through their character's emotions and growth, and showing the love each ship has for each other. But they're toxic. Don't go into this expecting that they're perfect and do no wrong -- they wrong each other all the time. But imo the morally gray quality adds really interesting layers to everything and I wouldn't have enjoyed this as much if they were squeaky clean.

I have to mention Bible especially for how talented he is portraying Vegas as an evil monster, an abused son, and someone desperate for recognition and love no matter where it comes from. He nailed every scene he was in and I enjoyed how it felt like Vegas could completely change in a matter of seconds. So versatile and captivating. Also while I was watching, whenever something was great, I found myself jokingly thinking 'thank you Mile'. So yeah, I would also like to say, thank you Mile. This was an amazing show and I can't wait for a season two.
