If you are looking something different and your mind is open for imperfect and flawed characters, then you might want to check this out. No matter which review you read, you can't really judge the show if you don't at least watch the first episode and form your own opinions.

This is a character-driven show and the plot only gets started at the later part. The acting is phenomenal!!! Bonus points for having a visually appealing cast. The music is perfect - addictive rock music and hauntingly beautiful love song. I have rewatched the episodes many times already.

The world of Mafia men and their trauma.

Firstly I'd like to say everyone did great acting wise, no hate towards the actors whatsoever... that being said...

I despised VegasPete's storyline. Despised Vegas in general and yeah it's a Mafia story blah blah excuses, even Mafia men have their limits in the morals they break. It's expected for a villian to exist but not all villains deserve redemption. People say you're the product of your surroundings but explain Macau? Pete? They weren't saints (tho we really barely saw Macau ) but they weren't completely and outright repulsive with their behavior like Vegas and his trauma is no excuse. So really the last couple episodes are kind of unwatchable for me unless I skip the VegasPete stuff. It feels too Stockholm Syndromey for me so it keeps it from being a full 10 Star BL for me. The finale helped in a therapeutic way to help stomach the relationship but also still left me with a deep seeded bit of hate for him. I look forward to him growing up as a character and changing my mind about him and his relationship with Pete but for now it's just a trauma bonding, Stockholm Syndromey codependent mess with no love involved for me.

KinnPorsche were my favorite from the main three, they started off rocky but they worked through it with genuine remorse and apologies from Kinn. ( Stuff I had a hard time believing from Vegas.) After that, the trust issues and miscommunication, they were both at fault for. I didn't like how much Porsche teamed up with Vegas without the knowledge of what he did to him (which never gets addressed besides the second time he tried to do something) and also with the knowledge of what he had done to Pete. Putting way too much trust in the devil. Kinn not telling Porsche things he needed to know also didn't help either and I get he was scarred by his ex (who I loved and everyone else seemed to hate lmao) but taking his past relationship issues and making it Porsche's problem to deal with wasn't fair to Porsche. The finale tho, I loved what their end was and can't wait to see how it develops for next season.

KimChay , I don't have much to say besides they were cute and angsty, I don't hate Kim like others might and understand him not wanting to commit another mistake with Chay by further bringing him into his dangerous world. I was annoyed by Chay and how he was willing to throw his life away for someone he barely knew but what's done is done. At least he has a protective shadow watching over him... Jeff and Barcode did well with what they were given though; The whole age gap discussions were really getting on my last nerve with how people were making Jeff look when he was nothing but respectful the whole time and they were simply acting.

Now on to TimeTay, they barely got any screentime and I'm so bummed about it. Everytime JJUs were on screen they had my attention. I admit I enjoy a well written cheating plotline whereas others might be triggered by it but we didn't get to experience it this season even tho they were promoted just as much as the main three at one point in time.

Tankhun, Arm, Pol, Pete and Porsche as a group I loved so much and were a highlight of the series. The dads... untrustworthy the both of them is all I'll say. The plot twists wrecked my brain just cause I didn't see them coming from what I was spoiled for by novel readers. The action scenes were my favorite scenes honestly, wish there was more of it going on in terms of the Mafia part of it. So there's my rant and all and all, I still cant wait for a second season. There's lots of room for a season 2 so I really do hope it falls through and covid doesn't delay it so much.

The Sountrack was A+++ the theme song is so catchy in both Thai and English also love that each one is of either Kinn's or Porsche's pov and you can't go wrong with Jeff Satur singing one of the Osts. I also liked Barcode's song as well.

The cinematography for the whole series was beautifully done and it's very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.

Again congrats to the whole cast and crew for the tough journey they had to get us this BL, they deserve all the praise.

It’s Masterpiece, must watch fir every BL fan

This is the first BL of my life and it’s totally worth it. Acting done by main lead is exceptional. Not only main lead but all supporting actors, guest role, small roles all the actor did amazing job. Their chemistry i highlight of the series, their fight scene, comedy scene all are best. Production, cinematography, direction, Music, background score in all aspects the series is 10/10. After watching this series can’t seems to like any other series. It’s not typical high school or engineering college drama where actors do some cringe acting, it has very matured theme and acting is top notch. Already watched 4 times and read the Novel 2 times.

Highly recommended!!

There are a lot of things I loved about this show and a few that I didn't like, but not enough to make me hate the show. I LOVE BOTH MAIN CHARACTERS despite the fact that with a little communication some of their issues wouldn't be a big deal. But that's the case with a lot of dramas. They like to pan it out a bit. However, I really love their chemistry, and they are actually super sweet to each other when they push their misunderstandings aside and actually tell each other how they feel. I was giggling and kicking my feet a lot. As for the side pairings...well... I liked them enough. Vegas and Pete were more interesting, and I didn’t really enjoy Porchay and Kim as much as the other 2 pairings, but I could see the vision ig. There was a lot to be desired in that regard and the cliffhanging didn't really help them either, since we wouldn't likely be getting s2. There are a lot of plot holes and I wouldn't get invested if you couldn't handle that, since again, we, likely will not get s2, so It's good to pretend the ending is just the real ending for now.



Overall, I highly recommend, ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE THE SPICY BL'S. Lots of nice moments between the pairs ;)

This was the most anticipated BL series of the year and trust me it did not disappoint.
That was one hell of a ride. This plot hits different in comparison to all the other BL series we've seen so far. It's dark, dangerous and seductive. Probably many won't enjoy this saying that it's not a great representation of the LGBT community and they're probably right. But for me at least this is not a problem. It's just a series and I don't want to watch something about the difficulties and the harsh reality, I just want to watch something that I will enjoy and that it will make me forget about real life for a second.
The music is amazing. Jeff Satur's song really made me emotional every time, but it's the main song by Slot Machine that will hold a special place in my heart.
All the actors did a great job. I could see the hard work and the love they put into these characters and I could always understand and feel their troubles, their happy moments, etc.
I think this one will change the course of Thai BL series in general. It was new and fun and I would totally recommend it

If you love a spicy BL then you have to watch it

The story is definitely cringey at times but that's what makes it fun. The spice is NEXT LEVEL!!! They don't hold back!! Some of the camera shots are so risky but I love it.

Character wise some are likeable some are not, same with relationships.

-I personally hated Kinn from the moment where he slept with Porsche while Porsche was drugged, I didn't like him after that. That was not okay, but there were also other moments where he was just super toxic or just unlikable.
-I loved Porsche! He's such a fun character! He has such a good heart but also is just so funny to watch! And super attractive too!
-I didn't really like them together to be honest, just because of Kinn. The actor's chemistry together is incredible though!

-I absolutely loved Pete! He's super smart, funny, attractive, and just overall one of my favorite characters if not my favorite.
-Vegas...Was he toxic? Yes. Was he a villain? Yes. But did he ever SA anyone? No. And that is why I am okay with him being kind of shitty. I loved him. He was such a complex character, and I feel like that is often overlooked about him. I could go on and on about this man. Also, I love Bible so much.
-Pete and Vegas' relationship is weird, don't get me wrong, that being said I ate it up. From their first few interactions to the whole pet play/kidnapping, to their final moments together, I LOVED IT! Now does Pete deserve better? Yes, but I also think they're good for each other.

-Kim...well he's played by Jeff, so I was instantly in love as someone who was a fan of his music before watching this. As for his Kim, I liked watching his development throughout the series. I feel like we were missing pieces of his story though, so his character almost felt like a throw away character at times.
-As for Chay once again I love Barcode so loved seeing him. Chay's character to be honest was just kind of there. He didn't really hold any significance other than being a little involved with Kim. Similar to Kim, it felt like we could've used more story on him.
-For their relationship...well there wasn't much of one. I understand that they never kissed or anything because Barcode was underage at the time (which I appreciate them doing that), but they just didn't have enough scenes together for me to feel like their "breakup" and Kim's "betrayal" to feel super impactful. Maybe this is just because of how much I love Jeff, but if I were Chay I would've forgiven Kim.

As for some of the other characters, I loved Tankhun, Arm, and Yok! They were so fun to watch!

Love this show! It's super rewatchable as I've seen it multiple times now and never get bored while rewatching. If you like spicy BL's with a bit of cringe, you have to watch!

farcical end ruins it

excellent drama, everything looks expensive and high quality, the casting (so many handsome actors who also can act!), the cinematography, the kaleidoscopical plot, the beautiful settings... everything BUT the last episode, that seems written by a different person. the mafia war is like a computer game!? tens of people killed, no one wearing a protection vest, the ML's hardly get a scratch though. the ones we thought dead are alive, the secrets are neverending. and after all the blood bath, here come the sugary moments of all the loving couples/families. i guess the ending is somehow justified, still it should've been toned down.
obviously, the director left the door open for a sequel, too many loose ends.
well, nothing is to be taken seriously abt this drama anyway, just enjoy it.

Worth the wait !

The overall wait for the series was worth it. The acting without a doubt was excellent, especially that of Bible ( Vegas), the rest of the cast also delivered outstanding performances. This series is definitely different from other Bl series. I have been watching Bl series for quite some time and without a doubt, this series is one of the best Bl series I have watched. I was really tired of watching the university-type Bl series so this series was like a breath of fresh air.
I have thoroughly enjoyed every second of the series. I just finished watching the finale episode and I miss them already. I am so happy Vegas and Pete got their happy ending, the last hospital scene with Vegas, Pete, and Macau was so cute, their smiles are everything after all the pain and suffering. I liked Kinn and Porsche in the first half of the series but Vegas and Pete definitely carried the series from episode 10. I miss them already.
