Episode Title: A Glimpse into His Past
Shen Li notices that Xing Zhi often goes to a certain room in the West Courtyard, so she sneaks in when he's not paying attention. It turns out to be a room containing memorial tablets of Ancient Gods. From there, she glimpses some memories of the Ancient Gods and learns about Xing Zhi's past. She discovers that Sky's Beyond used to be lively, but now only Xing Zhi remains, with all his former friends turned into memorial tablets. Shen Li can't help but feel sorry for Xing Zhi. Xing Zhi explains that the power of the Ancient Gods is so great that they cannot fall in love. If Xing Zhi's divine form perishes one day, the Xutian Abyss will also disappear, and the Spiritual Realm will be affected. Shen Li finally understands why Xing Zhi keeps turning her down.

Really Xing Zhi, as the most important Immortal of the universe, has really very little to do. So nice of him to cook the cutest food of the world for Shen Li but he also has time to express his feelings and worries. He can't love her or else the universe would collapse ! He can't help teasing her, though. He does have feelings but "He is so high above, unreachable". I like Shen Li'sreaction : "What do you mean ? You said you had grave responsabilities and you couldn't develop feelings for anyone. Yet now you said that to entangle me. You push me away but you also refuse to let me go. Are you insane ?" So funny ! Shen Li said she would help him to "eradicate the problem". He would not love her anymore. Tissues please, I can’t help laughing !

we finally why Xingzhi is reluctant to have feelings as it could cause the downfall of all realms although these drama were Gods can't have feelings is getting old

this darn episode. ill rewatch this episode until i get bored of it. ITS REALLY THAT GOOD.xingzhi my baby boyyyy T.T(ancient god) i feel so bad for him.he is literally a legend. a god, a really good friend.this is just a bookmark so i don't forget about this episode. EVEROK bye bye

this episode had a little bit of sadness at the mausoleum but i need more sadness and more depression this is not enough angst
