Kiba is hired by Happy World to protect actress Leesyang, who is threatened by her former patron, Chang, who is dying of cancer. After being shot, Kiba passes the assignment to Ryo, who goes to Taiwan. Chang hires a biker gang led by Huong to kidnap Leesyang, but Ryo and his assistant Maki stop the first attempt. When Leesyang's stand-in is kidnapped, Ryo rescues her, only to find Leesyang has been taken. He rushes to Qingshui Cliff, defeats Huong, and confronts Chang, who, after Leesyang offers to die with him, throws himself off the cliff instead.
