The leads end up living together because they rented the same house but one person has more power than the other and could kick them out. There is a big age difference but not too big. Both pretend to be together(In My Boss is for only two episodes). Law is involved in both. And it is the usual "cold" ML with Happy FL who is struggling.

Both MLs have similar kind of narcissistic personality. Both of them are rude, arrogant, mean and have extreme superiority complex. Also they both are 'single since birth' guys who think "no one deserves a high and mighty guy like me" lol.Aaand the amount of delulu both of them have is also similar. They both misunderstand that FLs have crush on them. Even says "I allow you to like me" haha. And then get angry when FLs are with other guys and feel being cheated.
My favourite part of both dramas are the character development both BZX and QH have. They go from meanest guys to the most whipped bfs. Aaand both MLs' journey from "I allow you to like me" to "I can't live without you" is so satisfying yaaa

Both stories are about an extremely narcissistic CEO type from a wealthy family, known to be young, handsome, efficient and ruthless. Both female leads are the assistant to the male lead, efficient, devoted and in awe of the boss. In both stories, he goes from being arrogant and even cruel towards the heroine to falling in love despite his best intentions and being clueless as to how to deal with his feelings. There are even several scenes in the novel that closely resemble scenes in the Kdrama.
