I totally, absolutely recommend watching; the acting, the chemistry were literally out of this world, the ost was so good - the lyrics were so emotional and fitting, the visuals obviously stunning, it was so emotional and so beautiful. Even though it had many episodes which made me wonder whether i was going to be able to finish it, but it was so captivating and never boring, filled with emotions and suspense. The ending for me was kind of metaphorical and i think its important to interpretate it in your own way, even though it was so so sooo intense and made me cry so much, i think those endings have the biggest impact. After all, the series showed a story so beautiful, so full of various emotions. I really liked the family aspect, the way they showed it all, it wasnt perfect, there were times where it seemed like it and times where it didnt. It talked about so many issues faced while losing a parent and trying to move on, it was really moving; and finding that family love, which was so heart-warming. It showed so much life, love, experiences, growing up, it was funny, it was sad, it was suspenseful, scary, emotional and everything. The whole experience of watching this drama is amazing and you really get attached to the characters and feel so many various emotions. I recommend it to everyone; personally, this series has everything i need to have a fantastic watching experience.

The drama was good all over... But i found su yu dumber when Wu bi was trying to warn him about his cousin all the time......
I mean after know what his (Wu bi) uncle did he (su yu) still let his guard down around his cousin.... I always doubted that boy from the start. 😒

Anyway overall it was good....but i think they should've clear the ending wether he died or live .... Hope we'll find out soon (if there's any second season going to air in near future)

Well we didn't get to see that much skin ship because of course China... Which is bit disappointing but acceptable because kissing isn't the only way to show that how much two people love each other... The reason why i love this drama is because it has innocent plot with hint of them being intimate with each other which again they couldn't show on screen... So yeah it was lovely 😘😘😘😘😘

Best C-drama for me

this is the best cdrama for mee!! the story is so beautiful and so cute, can't stop watching it TT when i thought the problem is solved, there's another problem arise but they have smooth transition, not feel out-of-place at all!! the ost also feel good, i always listened to it. And for me all the main/support character is so handsome & pretty!!

usually i feel some cdrama story flow kinds off. but this one is so good i feel like watching a new generation of drama. even thought it's more bromance than bl. but seriously, might as well become a bl cause their chemistry is so good.

if cuteness can kill i already died thousands times. Hope i can see s2, i reallyyy want to see them again!!

Addicted Reincarnation

I'm so happy we somehow got to continue and move on from the cursed and depressing cliff-hanger series addicted that china didn't allow to air, I can say for once that the world is not that heartless for bringing this to life. Although the main plot slightly changed from romance to a family-kind of series, there's still some hints here and there that provides that su yu and wu bin are in a romantic relationship rather than a brotherly-kind since they never actually want to call each other brothers lol

This was so good and well done! The story made sense, the cast's acting was phenomenal and it was all just a dream come true that something this good was brought upon us to feast on. Knowing the reason why their past series(addicted) got cancelled by china was due to censorship, I already expected that they wouldn't show any romance or intimate moments of su yu and wu bin but I'm so glad the director is making obvious subtle moments that just shows that they are the same kind of main leads from the past series(addicted)! The cheek kissing on the classroom(like omgg! I'm so happyy) and the freaking lip balm which obviously isn't lip balm lol

I was always restless when it comes to this series cause every episode, not once did I feel relaxed cause there's always a fighting/in danger moment like they need to calm down with those and let us have at least one happy episode without worrying about it being their last happy moment iykwim

The ending was so sad but so cool, wu bin's actor was so cool for that scene before it all went down-hill. Su yu's actor was so good with their expression, I literally cried with him during those last moments of the last episode!! this is just so *chef's kiss*, if there's going to be a season 2, I know it's going to take a long time but directors, please take your time and we'll wait for it no need to rush cause I know it'll be hard with a lot of expectations since this series blew up but I hope it will do well or more than this season. Best show ever!!!

“Stay With Me” was so cute and wholesome! The producers took an edgy slice-of-life web novel and TV show and remade it into a drama that beautifully depicted both family and romance, as well as dealt with the deadly discussion of forgiveness which so few dramas have depicted well. The actors give 100% for their roles, balancing both comedy and tragedy realistically.
SWM differs from “Addicted” not just in the drama’s focus, but also in how the main couple functions. While Su Yu and Wu Bi have a ton of squabbles, misunderstandings, and fights, Wu Bi is far less aggressive and much more protective than his former counterpart Gu Hai. Also, Su Yu and Wu Bi were simply so romantic with each other!!!!
The music for this drama was excellent. I especially liked the closing theme song as well as the love ballad sung by the actor for Wu Bi.

It was amazing for being censored

I seriously think that Stay with me is one of the best bls out their even though it was censored you still could make out everything. Stay with me is an adaption of Addicted and I haven’t yet completed it yet, but I’m almost done and what I know is that they didn’t disappoint the adaptation they kept the same story line with Wu Bi being the rich kid whose mom died when he was younger and his dad wants to remarry a new women, but he didn’t know that his enemy (soon to be lover) mother was becoming his knew step mom. While Su Yu is the poor kid whose mom left him and his dad because she wanted to become rich rather than stay poor which I hate so much because now she wants to suddenly become his mom again by trying to make him come live in her knew rich household. Wu Bi then goes mad by leaving his school transferring to a “poorer” school and trying to disown his old life. Once he arrived at his knew school Su Yu and Wu Bi started to have so much beef, but then turned into being friends with each other with Wu Bi moving into their home, Su Yu’s father treating him like he’s part of their family, and helping Su Yu watch Duo Duo. I literally loved that episode where Duo Duo wanted Wu Bi and Su Yu to dance at her school event and do a very lovely dance that kids should be watching. I also loved when they went to the mall and made Bo Kuang dress up as a girl and Mao Chung kept laughing at him because he looked so pretty as a girl. I loved all the bike scenes especially when Wu Bi made Su Yu ride in the front on his back so he would be peddling the wheels while Wu Bi guided the bike, also when Wu Bi gave Su Yu matching scarfs. I also love how possessive Wu Bi is of Su Yu that even his ex girlfriend he literally bashed and kept telling Su Yu she’s bad and she really was and she literally made me so mad, but I love how Wu Bi was always helping and supporting Su Yu. I literally cried at that ending because the episode before they were riding horses and enjoying life and now suddenly their in a car crash because Wu Bi’s cousin Mo Yi wanted to kill Su Yu, but Wu Bi took most of the injuries and I seriously didn’t want him to die, the ending isn’t really on Viki so I watched it on YouTube because it’s a deleted scene, but it said that Wu Bi is safe, but needs to be hospitalized the ending on Viki is the camera going through the house which I didn’t understand until someone on MDL said it which it’s 10 years later and Wu Bi and Su Yu moved out together just like they promised and the shovel shows that Su Yu, Wu Bi, and Duo Duo dug up their capsules. I literally need a Season 2 I am to obsessed with this series I definitely recommend this is a must watch no matter what because it’s so good!

Amazing BL Series, (Must give it a go or check it out)

Honestly I really enjoyed it a lot the chemistry between the characters and the story was just great. Like Wu bi (Xu bin) expressions that clearly shows what they were trying to convey. I honestly loved this even with the fact of the censorship, I truly still enjoyed it. The ending was something else 😭😭, I had a bit of spoiler before so I kinda already had an idea that something happened to wu bi but I didn’t know how but even so the ending broke my heart 💔. I can’t wait to season 2 I’m happy but at the same time sad bc we have to wait but we at least get to see them again and continue the story 🥹. I really hope new people who have yet to watch it give it a go cause in my opinion I think is worth watching even tho it’s not really a bl but like it sorta is.

A Heart-Warming Story

After watching the final episode I was keen to see what others felt. But even before getting there, I was wondering how they were going to tie up so many loose ends in one episode. In short, this series is ripe for a Season 2, and I do hope we get it. It's hard to know what to praise first, but I think I'll start with the two leads. They both did a superb job playing their roles with subtlety and showing the gradual growth of love and affection between them. The writing was excellent, as was the cinematography and music. The pacing only rarely flagged, and every episode had both laughs and tears in it.

The best BL drama

OMG!! What a masterpiece. It is the best BL drama I have ever watched.
Despite censorship in China, the series manages to convey the emotional
intensity and chemistry between the main leads. I did not expect it to be
so amazing.

I totally fell in love with Wu Bi and SuYu, and their bond is just amazing. I love how Wu Bi always protects Su Yu no matter what. For me, this is the best adaptation I have watched. I was drawn to it from the first episode and finished it in a few days. The acting is superb, especially the main trio, including Su Yu's cute sister. You will just fall in love with them. Also, I am totally with their classmate as she ships them. It left an
impact on me for a very long time.

It is a real shame season 2 was canceled as I was looking forward to seeing their happy ending.

I don't want to be apart from you

I heard about Stay with Me after seeing edits on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a watch and OH how much fun it has been watching these two grow and develop over the last 6 weeks.

Stay with Me is an adaption on the drama Addicted, and even if you haven't watched that drama before you can 100% fall deeply and completely in love with the characters SuYu and WuBi.

Every week I was hook to my screen wanted to see the development of these two friends as you slowly figure their friendship for one and other, WuBi's trauma with his mother, and even what the future holds for them.
Even as a Chinese Bromance/BL, it truly did an amazing job with showcasing their love for one and other in a way that I haven't see in other Chinese's bromances before.

Everyone apart of this project did an amazing job with crafting a beautiful story around, friendship, youth, and falling in love. I am impressed with Zhang Jiong Min and Xu Bin performance in this show. They truly shined with their characters and brought them to life. Even though the last episode was rollercoaster of emotions, I am hopefully for a season 2 and truly believe this isn't the end of WuBi and SuYu.

This drama is on my top 10 list for 2023 and I will be rewatching it every few months just to come back to my favorite characters.

Give it a watch if you are interested because I promise you its 100% worth it!

Strongly recommend.

The chemistry, the story line, the love, the characters development, everything was there. I wish china's censorship wasn't as harsh because they are taking from us a second season, and a good ending of the first :')
No explicit kiss, but they didn't need that to express their deep love and devotion for each others. Bof of the main leads were such green flags, and it's so refreshing to see that in a drama. I loved loved every one of their interactions, and the way Su Yu's family opened their arms to Wu bi when he needed them most. They portrayed te kind of love that you wish you have.
