This Show is a Must Watch!!

I didn’t actually think that I would be so obsessed with this show, but I feel this is one of the best Thai BLs I’ve seen. I’m gonna be totally honest I wasn’t a huge fan of JoongDunk because I wasn’t a big fan of either of them and even though I watched there shows I still didn’t really like them, but this show made me love them. I felt each character was amazing and were funny in their own way. I will warn you that there may be spoilers so be aware.
I actually loved this plot which was assassins in love with an average human being. I will first talk about Kant and Bisons love story. I am honestly a huge FirstKhaotung fan because I feel they have so much chemistry that they always do amazing in all of their shows. I fell in love with Bison in the first episode because he was so adorable, but then he would become an assassin and he would be tough and that’s what I like about Khaotung is that he can bring any character to life. Their story started with Kant who had a one night stand with Bison after meeting at the bowling alley and since Kant used to be a criminal he worked with a cop named Captain in order to not go to jail and so he can stay with his younger brother Babe. The person Kant was supposed to give to the police was his one night stand guy Bison and his brother Fadel. This made Kant fall crazy in love Bison and Bison was also crazy in love. Even though Fadel was a protective older brother and didn’t want Bison to date because they’re assassins and that normal people shouldn’t be brought into this. They still dated and Kant had to pretend he knew nothing about them being assassins and even ratted them out to the Captain who attacked Bison and Fadel while on a mission and that made Bison upset because he found out it was Kant and took his to his private island that his parents owned and basically kidnapped him. Then Kant said the truth about everything and they forgave each other and started dating again, but Bison wanted to finish his last mission with Fadel in trying to take down mother (Lily) and they did, but Fadel and Bison turned themselves in and went to prison for 5 years and even Kant started to work at the Prison so he can see Bison was actually adorable. Then Bison and Fadel got to leave prison, but Lily had kidnapped both Styles dad and Kant’s brother so Bison and Fadel made sure Lily would be gone forever. Then Kant and Bison had their happy ending of seeing the Northern Lights.
Style and Fadel had such an entertaining love story. It started with Kant begging Style to ask Fadel out so he can ask Bison out and Style agreed and started following him everyday so once he disappears Fadel would miss him and it worked. What I literally loved about Style interfering with Fadel was the scene where they both met at the therapy circle and Style talked about his dog or how someone (Fadel) had a one night stand with him and ditched him right after. Majority of their storyline involved Fadel wanting to get rid of Style or wanting to murder him. I liked the scene where they were kidnapped by the gay couple in the middle of nowhere and how they basically got them married, Fadel threatening them, and Style and Fadel having a steamy scene in the bathtub. I love whenever Bison called Fadel because it reminds me of Pharm calling Dean in Until We Meet Again. Overall, I really enjoyed this show and it’s definitely a must watch and this show will definitely make you cry, mad, and happy throughout the whole series. Plus JoongDunk and FirstKhaotung was a duo that I never knew we needed to see in a drama together.

I don’t get how you can go from amazing to whatever this season was

Honestly I felt this season was bad. I also felt that the ending could’ve been a different way and that there was a path to a not so horrible ending, but we went down the wrong path. I also feel the way a character died was actually really sad and I feel it was sadder than past seasons in my opinion. I will warn you that there might be spoilers in my review so be aware.
The show basically continued from where it ended with the whole gunfight between the players and the guards and it continued with the players not having enough bullets and how they ran out and needed someone to go get them and they sent Daeho to go get them but he got scared and didn’t get them nor came back to them so Hyeonju had to go get them, but it was too late because the guards went to the “lobby” and told them to stand down so the players that were fighting had to stand down and got shot, but player 246 aka Gyeongseok got told my a guard to play dead when she shoots him and he followed and we find out the guard was Noeul who knows his daughter. Meanwhile player 456 and his friend Jeongbae were in a battle with all of the guards and unfortunately the guards shot Jeongbae and player 456 had to watch him die and the front man revealed himself and it was one of the players he grew close too and he was eventually sent back to the “lobby”traumatized and handcuffed to the bunk beds and keeps staring at Daeho because he was told that he didn’t bring back the bullets so he blames Daeho for his friends death. The next game is said and it’s a game of hide and seek, but it’s not your ordinary hide and seek instead it’s one team which is the seekers have knifes and the hiders have keys that lead them into rooms where they can hide, but not for long since they have to find the exit in order to move on, but the seekers only get to move on once they kill one person. While waiting for the game to start player 456 keeps staring at Daeho, Geumja and Yongsik keep going back and forth about who should be who since there on different sides with Geumja on the seeker side and Yongsik on the hider and in the end they swap with Yongsik having to kill somebody and Geumja needs to hide and escape, Myeonggi went to Junhee and told her that she shouldn’t be a seeker and kill somebody just to move on and instead she should hide with the baby and he’ll come find her ASAP after he gets one kill and it was until the last minute that Junhee agreed. They then entered the area and only had 2 minutes to hide, but Junhee started to feel pain and couldn’t move and Geumja saw her and went to help her and Hyeonju saw them and told them to follow her so they did and they successfully hid for a long time until they got to a room where Hyeonju’s key wouldn’t open the door which was when she noticed that you need a circle, triangle, square key in order to get through the doors and she asked for everyone’s necklace and they luckily had each combo so they went through the doors smoothly until Junhee fell down the stairs and broke her ankle and a seeker found them so Hyeonju beat them up and took the knife. Meanwhile 456 was trying to find Daeho he kept running into him, but he would escape and he kept running into his look alike and let him go. Myeonggi teamed up with Namgyu to get people out but they both attacked somebody at the same time so it would be counted as half a point so they both worked together to get more kills, but in one room Namgyu dropped the necklace that Thanos had that was filled with pills and Minsu found it and took it and even ate one, but when he ate it all he kept thinking about was getting revenge on Namgyu for killing Semi. Then a lot of time had passed and Hyeonju found a room and stayed in there for a little while because Junhee was in pain, but then her water broke which meant she was going to have her baby and Geumja helped Junhee give birth while Hyeonju held her hand and then the baby came and Hyeonju went to go find the exit and when she did she went back to the room and once she got there she was stabbed by Myeonggi and he didn’t know Junhee was in the room until she dropped to the floor and Junhee was upset then Myeonggi left and Geumja took Junhee and her baby to the exit, but when they got to the exit Yongsik was there and he hadn’t killed anybody yet and was gonna get Junhee until Geumja killed him. At the same time player 456 saw Daeho and they battled for a while until Daeho got stabbed and Seong Gihun was gonna kill himself until the guards took him. Then when the game was over everyone was in the “lobby” and they were all shocked to see Junhee carrying her new born baby and went night occurred Geumja told Seong Gihun about her story with her son and that she killed him so she knows the pain and told him to please take care of Junhee and protect her and although he didn’t say anything he would later on protect her, but that same night Geumja would take her own life which devastated Junhee. Then the next game occurred and on the way there Seong Gihun stopped her and told her to give him the baby and although she didn’t agree she felt it was right to give the baby to him and that made Myeonggi very upset. The next game was a jump rope game between the two dolls and nobody wanted to go first until Minsu showed Namgyu that he has the pills that he’s looking for and threw them on the tiny bridge so Namgyu went for it and he made it to the cross necklace until he opens it and Minsu took all the pills which led to Namgyu getting pushed off the bridge by the rope and he sadly died. Then Seong Gihun went with the baby to insure its safety and would get Junhee after, but after he made it ll the way across everyone started to go on the bridge and when the second person came he started pushing people off the bridge so he can ensure that he gets money along with Seong Gihun and the games end until Seong Gihun threatened to push him and he stopped. At the same time Myeonggi went to Junhee to ask her if she wants to go with him and he refused and said she doesn’t want her baby to be with him nor be with her and he left her and went on the bridge and by the time he went over it there wasn’t enough time for Seong Gihun to get Junhee so she just jumped off the platform. That meant that Seong Gihun would have to do whatever it took to protect her baby because he promised and that same night they were given a huge dinner and fancy clothes and had to vote to continue the games and after the vote was still to continue playing so they continued to eat and were told the next game would result in having to kill 3 or more people in order to win so everyone throughout get Seong Gihun, the baby, and Minsu and before that they were told that the baby became a player and was 222 which was Junhee’s number. The next game where they would be sent to three towers consisting of circle, triangle, and square and they started with circle where everyone teamed up to get the baby and Seong Gihun out, but Myeonggi disagreed and said to get Minsu out since he’d addicted to pills and needs them and since they all saw him hallucinating that he sees somebody and is trying to kick them off and it was Namgyu switching back and fourth with Thanos and then he went back to normal and everyone was staring at him and telling him to just jump off he screamed “what did I do to deserve this” and Myeonggi grabbed the pole from the circle platform and was gonna push Minsu until Minsu grabbed it thinking it was Semi holding his hand and fell down. By the next platform which was the triangle everyone tried to get Seong Gihun away from the baby and even tried to plot against him where they even cornered him and had to hold somebody to push him off with the suit jacket tied to his waist until Gihun pulled out a knife from the night before where the Front Man gave it to him and told him to use it to protect the baby and him and he used it to fight back and that’s when Myeonggi swapped sides to be with Gihun and the baby and they turned against everyone and eventually killed everyone and it was only the three left and they moved to the next round, but the winner won’t be chosen until someone hits the button and then someone needs to sacrifice themselves in order for there to be a winner and Myeonggi told Gihun to give him the baby and he’ll figure it out, but Gihun felt unsure since he felt that Myeonggi would kill the baby and he’ll win so he stayed on the triangle platform until the last second where he jumped on the square platform and it was the three left to battle again. The button hadn’t been clicked yet and Myeonggi said if Gihun comes any closer he’ll drop the baby over the edge and Gihun couldn’t take that risk so he followed until he started to go for Myeonggi that the baby landed on the platform and the two were hanging off the edge with Gihun holding them both with one hand and Myeonggi was holding onto his suit jacket until it ripped and Myeonggi fell and Gihun pulled himself to the top and that’s when he realized the button hadn’t been clicked so he clicked it and waited for a while with the baby and eventually sacrificed himself and the baby won squid games. At the same time officer Hwang found the island and the coast guards were gonna find the island so the Front Man had an evacuation and meanwhile Noeul got Gyeongseok out of the isaldn and got on a ship and made him drop her off so she can destroy the documents and he should continue going until his ship met up with officer Hwang’s ship he saved him and Noeul luckily made it into the escape boats before the island blew up. They then have a fast forward to 6 months after the island blew up with Gyeongseok and Noeul meeting at the Asument park where they both worked at and she saw his daughter Nayeon again and luckily she’s doing better and when she left she got a call that they found her daughter in China and Noeul got on a plane to go rescue her and it showed Saebyeok from Season 1’s brother was back with his mom. Officer Hwang was given Junhee’s baby to take care of and the Front Man when to Seong Gihun’s daughter in LA and told her that he died and she can take the money he won from the previous games. Then the show ended with the Front Man seeing a woman in American playing ddakji with a homeless guy and she smiled at him and the show then ended. I honestly hated the ending since all it did was try to set it up for Squid Games in America which I literally don’t want since I feel America is gonna most likely ruin it, but I guess we’ll just have to see, but I will say Junhee’s death was actually one of the saddest along with Hyeonju for me. I honestly would say watch the season, but skip the last 10 minutes since it’s useless, but honestly I don’t recommend this season as much as I recommend the last two.

I found this very cringy

I haven’t seen the Thai versions special episode yet so I can’t be that I like a certain one better, but I can bet that this one won’t be my favorite. I felt the problem with this special episode is that it’s so cringy like you can’t watch it without feeling some sort of cringe. Another thing was the plot because it was very confusing unless you paid attention to Arashi’s words to Rei. Anyways there may be spoilers ahead so be aware.
I watched the special episode right after I finished Love in the Air Japan and I wasn’t to much of a big fan of the show because I couldn’t handle Rei because he was sort of annoying and in this special episode he kinda acted more childish in my opinion. I didn’t understand the plot like I guess Kai and Rei were upset and were going to run away from Arashi and Fuma because they made them have butterflies in their stomach? I don’t really know because they showed a scene where they were both melting from their man doing something to them that makes them blush that they are now angry so they ran away. Also they were upset because Rei saw Arashi holding a girls hand and Kai saw Fuma whispering and grabbing dust of a girl, but it was because they both knocked over a scared item which made Fuma and Arashi a hallucination of a kitsune and takuni. Then once they got to the onsen they saw Boss (Payu) and Fort (Prapai) and I guess they reminded them of their own boyfriend and kept coincidentally bumping into them at the resort and even played table tennis with them and they were so adorable. Then I guess after that they were getting bullied by the kitsune and takuni version of Fuma and Arashi and even had a steamy scene with them, but once the real Fuma and Arashi came they just saw them with leafs on them and making noises while calling their names like I will say that was the cringiest part of this whole show. Then it ended with them having a barbecue and Fuma sort of proposing to get married to Kai whenever he’s ready and I would actually like to see them get married because they were actually a cute couple. Overall, this was one of the cringiest specials I have ever seen before and would have to think twice before watching this special again.

We had a murder mystery, plot twist, and had relationships

At first I was really afraid to watch this show since it’s a show where one male lead is Thai and the other one is Korean so their speaking two different languages and we had ‘Love is like a cat’ come out this year and that show was really bad. I will say that this one isn’t as bad as ‘Love is like a cat’, but it had way more chemistry and I felt like I was watching a normal drama since whenever Save (Jay) spoke Thai it seemed normal and when Jun Won (Sung Hoon) spoke Korean with the other cast members it just seemed like their wasn’t any difference between the languages so the show seemed good. I will say this plot is actually really hilarious. I will warn you that there may be spoilers so be aware.
I really enjoyed the plot of Eccentric Romance which was a school drama, but also a mix with murder mystery and a mix of friends into lovers trope because one of their classmates got murdered as we saw once the show started. Jay is Thai and moved to Korea so he can hang out more with his best friend which is Sung Hoon. Everyone was really welcoming to Jay so he felt comfortable, but we also know that their main class is a type of fitness class which is where we meet Seung Ju who is a YouTuber and could probably know about what happened to his classmates death since he is always recording and Kihyeon who is sort of Seung Ju’s best friend. The main point in being in their class that they’re taking is that you need to be fit and healthy so everyday they all go to the gym. One day Jay tagged along to Sung Hoon to go to the gym, but while Sung Hoon worked out by himself Jay got to buy a membership for the school gym to have a personal trainer which is Jin Wook. Sung Hoon felt that Jay shouldn’t be needing to pay money for a trainer when he can teach him himself, so Jay canceled his membership with Jin Wook, but is still very friendly with him until one day Sung Hoon overhears Jin Wook on the phone and he was acting suspicious and then he found the weapon that was used to kill the student, so he kept telling Jay to be aware and to stop hanging out with him, but Jay didn’t want to do it unless he had proof of it. Overtime they both slowly forget about it until Ki Hyeon mentions that there could be the murder around them since where they were doing service things was near the location of the students death. Then Ji Won who works at the gym and saw on Seung Ju’s camera a video of the student who died and Jin Wook fighting so she became scared and told Sung Hoon, but once she told him he had to go rescue Jay because Jin Wook wouldn’t leave him alone and kept chasing after him, but she ended up disappearing. Then we find out in ep 9 that Seung Ju and Ki hyeon are the murders, but it technically wasn’t a murder in my opinion because Seung Ju had a crush on the classmate who got killed, but it was him who fell on the item that he was killed with so that made Seung Ju feel like he killed him, but we know that Ji won, Jay, Jin Wook, and Sung Hoon aren’t the suspects, but they did get kidnapped and Sunghoon did get stabbed, but in the end Seung Ju and Ki Hyeon are arrested and the rest are still working out, doing photo shoots, and Sung Hoon and Jay are showing their relationship publicly. With all of this happening in the plot we do get to see a whole lot of friendships being formed and one relationship which was Jay and Sung Hoon. I do feel they have chemistry, but I feel that this storyline doesn’t fit them if they wanted them to be a couple because sometimes they would be boring and even the actors got boring after some time, but I got over it. I do feel they have more chemistry than ‘Love is like a Cat’ so I will give them that because Love is like a Cat was a whole other show that I don’t want to talk about. Overall, I feel the show was good and definitely way better than Love is like a cat, but it does need some improvements in the plot. I do feel it was a good show overall but it definitely wasn’t the best one I’ve seen, but I do recommend this drama.

A remake that wasn’t bad, but better than the original

I watched Why R U? A long time ago so I thought that when I watched this remake I’d forget everything or I wouldn’t enjoy it as much as the Thai one, but it was almost exactly the same and it was amazing that I think I would watch t\his over and over again. There might be spoilers so be aware.
The plot were alike you had Tutor and Fighter as Sun woo and Yoo kyeom and Saifah and Zon as Lee Won and Ji Oh. A lot of the iconic scenes from Why R U? Thai version was in the Korean version, but I feel was presented better. It had the same plot of Lee Won fighting with his sister about how he doesn’t want to be in a BL manga with his enemy Ji Oh and that he swore that it won’t come true and then storm happened and that’s what made the curse come true. Slowly Lee won and Ji oh kept getting partnered up because they were in acting class and the teacher wanted them together. For their first project they had to act like they are broken up and while one acted like they were sad and depressed the other one was so mad and even slapped him in the face which caused them to lose points. They also got pared up to act like Romeo and Juliet and Lee Won was Romeo and Ji Oh was Ji Oh and while they were practicing for it they slowly became friends and into lovers at the last minute and even got caught making out with each other and had to hide because even people thought that they were becoming lovers since they are so close. They even watched a clip of Why R U? For their movie date together. The second couple was Sun woo and Yoo Kyeom and I have to say they were more cuter than Tutor and Fighter, every scene that they had seemed to come from Why R U? Like the name tag scene, the drawing and hair tied on Tutors face and hair and how Tutor was poor, but instead of tutoring he just worked in a convenience store. Their relationship was more complicated, but when it was complicated they still looked like a cute couple, but I do wished we could’ve gotten another series with Sunwoo and kyeom because they had so much chemistry that they were even better than the original couple. I also loved when they got together because Sunwoo looked so much like a tiny bear whenever he was with Kyeom. Also Sunwoo is the most adorable person in this whole show because he reminded me of a bear. Also I have to mention MaxNat, I figured that they were in this because they didn’t get justice for their screen time in the original one. Overall this series is a must watch and you cannot miss it. I definitely recommend this series.

Kai’s cooking and himself made Hiro become happier while this show made me so much happier

I really enjoyed perfect propose it was a nice and soft drama, but it was a different one because it was kind of like they had arranged marriage, but it was a promise that both Kai and Hiro made when they were younger that they will marry each other no matter what. I don’t think I’ve seen a show were the main leads meet each other when one is basically laying on the street like their dead because their so done with their job, but ended up meeting his “promised husband” and then started to live together because Kai is basically losing his job because his boss ended up in the hospital because he’s sick and now is looking for a house, but stays with Hiro because they knew each other before and are gonna be married anyways. I felt so bad for Hiro because his job just looks so boring which is like no wonder he has such a low self esteem because his job sucks and his boss is so rude to him because he makes him do all the work even if he finishes all of his work he suddenly makes a whole new work for him. It was actually sad when Kaneko left because he got a better job offer and because he’s so done with that work place and even encouraged Hiro to leave because it’s basically making him depressed and he could be more happier in another job, but Hiro doesn’t want to leave because he feels like he’s gonna make everyone else mad at him. Also when Kai told Hiro that he never been to a festival before and he promised him that he would take him their so he finished all of his work super early so he can take Kai to the festival, but when his boss saw him done he made him do extra work so he couldn’t leave so when he finally could meet Kai the festival was already shutting down which was so sad. I also loved when Kai gave Hiro enough courage to resign from his job so he can be happier. And Kai should also be added to the list of possessive male leads because he didn’t want Hiro to be near another man and snatched him at their team meeting when Hiro got drunk. Also Kai is definitely madly in love with Hiro because he never really wanted to leave him again and cared for him a whole lot. Also I have to mention Kai’s cooking must be bussin because he made Hiro look from dead tired to looking like he slept for 24 hours in 2 seconds like I need to try it right now. Also the ost is a total bop from OCTPATH like you should Stan them they also sang the ost for Mr Unlucky, but yeah the show was actually a nice and cute one that I don’t think I’ll forget especially their kiss scene were they even wasted water. I do recommend this drama.

I don’t feel we needed this

I do feel that this show didn’t really need a second season because it kind of seemed like it was over and done with them actually being together after a whole 7 year break from each other. I mean they didn’t really do anything in 24 minutes that made it feel like it was worth having a special episode like You Are Mine. All they did was have a meal together, and go to an amusement park that’s for literal children (I mean I would want to go to), but would’ve liked something else. I’m not gonna lie, but I didn’t really like the special episode with just Ever 9 and Yi Ping I felt it was a little boring, but a tiny bit entertaining and I also feel that the stay by my side couple Bu Xia and Jiang Chi carried for only being there for about 5 minutes because Bu Xia literally makes me crack up with him trying to target them at bumper cars because he wasn’t ready, but Ever 9 already started and when they had popcorn together and they were fighting on who’s the better couple and who’s better in real life, but I mean Bu Xia and Jiang Chi won because they don’t have matching necklaces like them, but they do have matching wedding rings. I can’t really say I recommend this special episode because I didn’t really talk about them to much, but if you liked Anti-Reset then I recommend this for you.

A special episode that was worth watching

I just say theirs not much to talk about 1 episode with 27 minutes, but it actually showed a whole entire ending for this show instead of making people go crazy waiting for an update on Shun Yu and Shang Zhou.

All it basically showed was their after story of You are mine and where it left off with when Shang Zhou quit his company and went to go join Shun Yu’s mom’s breakfast shop. I really liked Shun Yu’s mom because even though she was a little rude to Shang Zhou it was only to show if they would actually make a perfect couple because she’s concerned about Shun Yu which is reasonable. It showed Shun Yu and Shang Zhou being a “model” for a gay couples wedding photos, but it was actually for
theirs. Shang Zhou proposed to Shun Yu and of course he accepted it and they literally kissed for about 5 minutes and then we saw Hui Wang taking photos of them from the proposal to the kissing, but Xiao Yang was their and felt single so Hui Wang asked if he would be okay dating a man, and we never heard from them again. I would like another special episode just to see what happens to Hui Wang and Xiao Yang, but other than that this special episode was worth it.

I want what Domyoji and Makino have

It has to be one of my favorite ones of the boys over flowers adaptations. It’s so funny and enjoyable. I really want what Domyoji and Makino have their so cute. Once Domyoji did his little head spin after getting off the phone with her I was hooked on this drama. I loved that ending with Makino being her amazing self I wish to be her so badly with her confidence and her fighting skills. I loved the relationship between Makino and Todo Shizuka I think they were my favorite from the adaptions because they seemed like they were super close right when they met each other. Also the younger them were so cute!! Also this is the famous seventeen scene with Jun and Joshua with Domyoji pushing yuriko to the floor at the cafeteria. Sakurako kind of scared me with stalking Domyoji, but once she changed and helped Makino with her English speech because she lived aboard I had a change of heart for her. Also Makino’s outfit for the fashion show was actually fire for being under “1 minute” that even the French guy with taste for fashion was stunned like me. Anyways I really love this drama with my whole heart and really recommend this one!

One of my favorite dramas

I seriously can never hate any storyline from the UWMA universe like we all know UWMA was the best drama in 2019 and now we have a WinTeam show Between Us. I am just gonna say I may say some spoilers. I seriously love BounPrem no matter what so when I saw Between Us I watched it immediately and it didn’t disappoint at all. I loved WinTeams storyline in UWMA and I was kind of afraid that it may destroy their characters chemistry, but it didn’t and I was so glad.
It did start off right where it ended so I was glad they didn’t skip to 10 years later. It did show just the Win Team side do scenes that happened in UWMA, but it was more in depth of them. It stared with them going on the field trip to the swim camp where the iconic Win being the mosquito on Teams neck was shot. It literally started with them having the most insane steamy scene and I just knew that right there it wasn’t going to disappoint. Then we meet Wins new friends from swim club who are A, Bee, and Sea, who got called the ABC gang which they also help carried the show. Win literally should’ve just moved into Teams apartment because he basically stayed their a whole lot. We also got to see the reason of Teams nightmare which was how he thought he killed his best friend because he helped save Team from drowning but instead he did and his mom kept yelling at Team saying that he is the reason her son is dead which is why he has so much trauma when swimming, but his mother saw Team at his grave and ended up forgiving him, but told him he needs to be the one winning the championships because that’s what her son would’ve wanted so Team was determined to win. While he was trying to win he had to overcome his problems of grades and Win being mad at him for that, and one night team went to swim in the pool because it was open and got a cramp in his leg and almost drowned, but luckily Win was their to save him and he scolded Team badly, but even said he can’t afford to lose him because he loves him so much and then Team started to cry also and it was such an emotional scene, but was amazing. I also loved Bee’s and Princes relationship they were so cute and when Prince told Bee that he is afraid Bee won’t like him because he’s gay and Bee responded with well if your gay then I’m gay and they proceeded to date even if Bee couldn’t see him a lot because he an actor, but they still managed to date each other. Also when the championships came Bee had Prince supporting him and Win and team were supporting each other and Pharm was supporting P’Dean. Also I loved whenever Team wasn’t there at practice Win always ditched it also to find and hang out with him. Overall Between us is still one of my favorite dramas, and it’s a show that you cannot miss because each second is worth it.

This show was a Cutie Pie

I saw Cutie Pie when it came out in 2022 and I still enjoy it even rewatching it a year later. Everything about the show didn’t disappoint each couple were so cute. I will say I probably have a lot to talk about so there might be spoilers so I will just tell you that just in case. The whole plot is Kuea and Hia Lian were an arranged marriage since they were younger because their parents want them to be married since they were little so Hia watched Kuea ever since he was young and even when he was a baby. They even moved with each other, but when Kuea is around Lian he needs to act a certain way and even got tired of acting that way that they got into a fight and Lian when so far as to calling him a Annabelle doll and that was the end for Kuea so they put their marriage on a break. Lian seemed to not care while Kuea took it seriously and went to perform at his friends bar and was under the name kirin and wore a motorcycle helmet to cover his identity and when Lian found out about that he went their himself to the bar to find Kuea and take him home and Kuea got drunk and went with Lian, but kept telling him that he looked like him but seemed nicer than him and that’s when while they were taking him home they kissed in the backseat and Foei is the best driver because he’s too busy watching them than driving and then saw Kuea’s secret home and with all the photoshopped photos of them together and felt bad. Lian ended up making him come home and tried to get his forgiveness and did get it, but until their was another problem which was Kuea found out about his family going bankrupt, but turns out that it was so Lian can take care of their money and they got back together again and support each other until the end and ended the show with them being engaged.
Khondiao and Hia Yi had a much different story from Kuea and Lian which seemed more complicated than them. Khondiao is Kueas best friend so of course they gossip about their Hia’s, but I feel Diao has a meaner Hia because Yi seems like he will never be happy. The sad part about Diao is that he feels his life will always be lonely and sad because his name means “lonely” and he had that mindset especially around Hia Yi until Yi started to care about Diao which was buying him a dog, and loving him. Even though Yi gave Diao a horrible yelling and even made him cry he regretted it and wanted to change that when it was their steamy scene Diao said “Let’s just start our relationship all over again”.
Syn and Nuer were actually so cute and it was my first time seeing Tutor and Yim and I became obsessed with them after cutie pie because they were so cute together. They are totally different characters from normal shows which is Syn being a holy person and even lives at the temples and I think wants to become a Monk and even knows all the sayings and everything and even know how to make everything holy. While Nuer is just a normal school boy and while Syn thought he was flirting with Kuea he was actually flirting with Syn and even helped him design everything with their cars because their engineer students. I literally was obsessed when they kissed at the end and Nuer never stopped and I will never forget that one scene were Nuer and Syn were playing soccer and Yim kind of landed on that area on Nuer and even was sweating when Nuer took off his shirt. Anyways I really recommend Cutie pie it was such a cute show.

The definition of a dating show

So this was my first dating show I’ve ever seen for a boy and boy and I have to say it wasn’t too bad for being a first, but there were a little bit of red flags in my opinion, but I don’t hate anyone really and please here me out about it. I’m first gonna talk about Shun and Dai I have to say they almost made me lose my mind watching them, when I first saw Shun in the trailers I was gonna root for him the whole time, but he is kind of a lot of work and I can’t really judge because I do think I also act like him, but I think the reason he acts like that is because he doesn’t know what love is since he stated that he was abandoned at birth and put into an orphanage until he was 18 when he left the orphanage then he started dating, but from what we hear his exs seems to ruin his confidence and makes him insecure because from his New York ex he said that he felt jealous once he finally saw what a normal family looks like, I feel that’s why he acts differently than others because he doesn’t know what love is and he is with Dai and I have to say I am not a big fan of Dai because from what we know he’s the definition of a player like he already slept with multiple men and even Alan, and when Ikuo joined the green room Dai suddenly was all over him and slowly left Shun, I feel that when they leave the green room they won’t last long because they kept getting into fights and even when shun said at the end I love you to Dai he responded with “I love you Shun for right now”which I feel makes it seem like their done right now, plus he likes both boys and girls so he’s could easily leave Shun. Also I hated whenever they got in fights Shun would always have to apologize when it wasn’t even his fault, while Dai would never have to say sorry, also when poor Ikuo got yelled at by Dai for talking with Shun about their problems because Dai doesn’t want to work through it himself, but brings everyone in the house to help him with the problem, while Shun has to work through it himself. I feel that if they were stuck in a house and it was only them then I would think they could last forever because when their alone they act like a couple, but when others are involved then they don’t act like one. I have to say that Kazuto had it hard in the house because basically everyone in the house liked him and he can only date one person, but what I didn’t like was whenever he would turn someone down they kept bugging him so it could conflict with his actual feelings for whoever he likes, but the only person that backed off was Usak. I have to say that Kazuto and Usak could’ve been the main couple if he did stay because Kazuto said he liked him, but thought he was to out of Usak’s league because he’s famous. I do feel bad for Gensei because he seems like the sweetest person ever and when he had feelings for Ryota, I felt he just used him for the date because he still liked Kazuto not Gensei, but if I were him I would’ve picked Gensei because he’s the cutest thing on earth. I hated that Taeheon was barely shown and I do think that him and Gensei could’ve been a couple because if you look at some clips of them together they would have their arms hooked together and holding hands, plus their hug when Gensei stated he was gonna leave, and Taeheon said that he wishes that Gensei would come back and say “Hi Tae” to him. I do also feel bad for Ikuo because he seems like a good guy and should’ve ended up with someone, but I’m glad that he will take what he learned from the house with him into the world of dating. I do recommend because their aren’t many dating shows, but it was a little toxic at times.

The Winner deserved to Win the Devils Plan

I really liked this show because it showed that Celebrities, YouTubers, and Influencers are really intelligent and not just a pretty face. I do feel the winner of this show deserved to win that at times I felt that they might actually be the Devils Plan because they were so smart. I also liked watching how they all grew closer together through the time they spent together. I will warn you that there might be spoilers so please be aware when you read my review since I’ll be talking about each person!

The first person I will be talking about is Guillaume because there isn’t much to say about him since we didn’t get to see him a lot nor got to see his talent since he was eliminated in the second episode. I feel that he must be pretty smart since the next games that they played everyone kept saying that Guillaume would’ve aced the games and won. I do wish that he didn’t get eliminated really fast but it’s just how the games were created.
The next person I’m about is Yeonwoo. I really liked her and she was very entertaining to watch especially on the 9th episode since she knew exactly how to beat the game. I did feel at times that she shouldn’t be there because she would get a lot of help from people like Orbit to survive and she kept going to prison which I felt is bad since going to prison is what you should avoid, but she was only got of prison like 1 time which I honestly felt bad for her. It also sucked that the game she would ace was the game she would be eliminated in.
I felt Hyesung was an okay player only because I don’t really remember her as much as the others since I did take a lot time to finish this show, but I felt she didn’t play as rough as some of her fellow contestants. I did like her relationship with Yumin since they gave off the best friends type of vibe, but she was ultimately eliminated by her friend Yumin since she ratted out their plane to everyone which made her move on, but Hyesung got eliminated.
Since we’re on the Yumin topic I felt she tried to play a rough game, but it wasn’t working. Yumin kinda did work with everyone since she worked with Orbit and Seokjin. I just didn’t like how she admitted to playing the sweet and innocent game which is her trying to be innocent and when everyone believe it that she would get benefits from it and it did work which was good in her case but bad for others. I think her main downfall was in the second to last episode where she tried to get Seungkwan out, but ultimately got herself out. I did like how she took the game seriously by instead of focusing on her friendship with Hyesung and Dongjae she betrayed them, but it helped her last a long time.
Dongjae I felt played to hard since it I felt it did lead to his downfall. I did feel he choose the right alliance with Seewon and Seokjin since they were all ready to sacrifice to get ahead and were smart when playing, but Dongjae played to hard by trying to team up with everyone that when he played with Hyesung and Yumin he would be betrayed by Yumin since she didn’t trust him as much as Hyesung and knew that something was fishy with him which lead to his elimination. But I will say his relationship with Seewon and Seokjin was actually cute since they all rooted for each other.
I really love Seungkwan since he was actually the only reason I watched this show was because of him and since he’s one of my favorites in Seventeen, but I felt he could’ve played a little harder. I felt Seungkwan was good for this show since he did make the connections, but the sadder part was that he didn’t trust some of the people which did lead to him having less and less pieces. I really liked Seungkwan and Joonbin’s friendship because they seemed like they were close friends even though I feel this was their first encounter and I’m glad Seungkwan at least had someone he could trust. I felt really bad for Seungkwan on the game where they had the animals since everyone was so focused on trying to keep Yeonwoo out of prison that Orbit forgot about Seungkwan and when they remembered about him there was no way he could get a piece and it was also Seungkwan fault a little for not telling orbit his cards, but I’m with Seungkwan because I personally wouldn’t trust Orbit 100%. But it was sad that Seungkwan got out because of his little pieces.
I liked Dongjoo at the very beginning of the show until it got near the end since I didn’t like how she couldn’t make up her mind about Orbit. I liked her in the beginning since she was very smart and knew what she was doing and she was really cool. I agreed with her when it was the animal game episode where orbit focused to much on trying to help keep those with less pieces in the game and not helping those who have pieces get more for example she didn’t really like trying to help Yeonwoo get more pieces just so she can stay out of jail for a day and let somebody else go to jail for her by not helping them which was Seungkwan. I just didn’t like how she wanted to go against Orbit since she didn’t like his decision, but still played with him at the next games and wanted to go to the finale with Orbit so they can battle together, but it was Orbit who got her eliminated. I felt she had potential to take the game over, but she let Orbit take the lead which led to her elimination.
I like Kyungrim since she was both smart and funny. I also like how she was like a caring mom to everyone and cared about everyone like as if they were her kids. I kinda feel she was too generous with her pieces since she gave them out to a lot of people for example she gave her piece to Yumin so she can buy her way out of trouble in episode 9, but regretted it when she remembered how many pieces she had and how Seungkwan was in trouble, but barley had any pieces. Another example was in the second to last episode where she gave her piece to Joonbin for helping her, but it did cost her elimination during hi-lo since your pieces were your chips and she had less due to helping Joonbin.
I really liked Joonbin I felt he was both funny and smart since during the animal game he won along with Dongjoo, but he was smart enough to win the game by himself but by also relying on those who he worked with. I felt if Joonbin had more pieces then he could’ve made it to the Semifinals, but it was sad that he got eliminated, but I really liked how he played both by himself and in alliances with people and he did make the show more entertaining which I liked since sometimes the show would get very boring, but he would make it more entertaining.
I know I might be mean, but I didn’t really like Orbit. I felt he played a very weird game since his thing was that he was only there to save those who were struggling which means he will only help the underdogs and who he feels are top dogs he will not help. I felt him helping others didn’t do anything since in the end they all got eliminated and he moved into the finales. I will also say that he isn’t the most intelligent person in this season even though you would think since he was really quick at picking up things quickly, but I felt it ruined his game. I also didn’t like how he focused way to much on other people’s games that he helped them even if he meant he wouldn’t get any pieces, but I didn’t like it since they all used him for their game and to get ahead, but those who he helped couldn’t help themselves. I also feel at the last game which was hexagon he cost his own game by trying to catch up to Seokjin since he was too nervous and kept hitting the button even when he wasn’t 100% sure which was the worst thing you could do since when you get it wrong you lose points, but it’s the reason why Seokjin won since he only hit the button when he was 100% sure the answer was correct.
I had like a like-dislike relationship with Seewon since at times she would annoy me by asking everyone why they don’t want to work with her, but then acts really suspicious, but I liked her because she played the game to play the game and didn’t care too much about relationship except for with Seokjin. The reason why no one wanted to work with Seewon was because I felt Orbit didn’t want to work with her since she was considered a “top dog”, but honestly I wouldn’t want to work with her in challenges since she tries to work with everyone, but her working with everyone is getting everyone’s answers and having her and Seokjin work to get people out. But I do feel she played a rough game which is what I liked she she risked her life in her game to help Seokjin during their time in prison and she had to play the Gomeku game just so she can help Seokjin gain points.
Lastly, the winner of the Devils Plan which is Seokjin. I really liked him and I felt he was the smartest out of everyone and the person who played an amazing game. For example, even though he was in an alliance he was often working alone and always passed each game and got benefits since he helped himself instead of having to worry about 5 people at the same time like how Orbit did. Seokjin also played a rough game by trying to get everyone he can out so he can move on or get to where he needs to be for example in episode 9 he eliminated Yeonwoo just so he can go to prison with Seewon where in the previous episodes he and Seewon figured out that the prices can make a diamond/square and when Seewon was at jail he figured out BY himself that the pieces had a symbol after he heard that the prison has a keypad with numbers and on the pieces were words and from the words “Next Year” he figured out 2024 which was the code which lead to another room in the prison where you can get ten pieces and even though the game in the prison called Gomeku got Seewon eliminated it gave Seokjin the drive to beat the game and he won against an AI and gained 10 pieces which gave him a lead in the poker game and his smartness gave him even more pieces and chips during the poker game which led him to the semifinals. In the Semifinals he moved on by winning one game which in the Finals gave him an advantage like picking who goes first in I think Nine Men’s Morris where he won two times and in hexagon where he had an advantage of one point he was smart enough to remember the numbers which gave him points, but he was smarter to not hit the button and be greedy to get more points, but only hit he button when he was confident enough to gain a point which ultimately led to him winning the devils plan.
I honestly do recommend this show since it was very entertaining to watch and you can even watch it when you eat food and this show does make you think so it was even more fun, but I do feel if any other person won the devils plan I wouldn’t be as impressed as I was with Seokjin!

I really only liked Tomonari and Aoi’s relationship

I personally had mixed feelings for this show because I didn’t really enjoy most of the couples storyline since it was the same thing over and over again. I felt Tomonari and Aoi were so adorable and I was totally obsessed with them and I was glad they were the main couple, but the others I had mixed feelings with. I will warn you that there might be spoilers so be aware.
I loved Tomonari and Aoi’s relationship because they truly cared about each other. Their storyline was adorable because it went from the rumors of Tomonari being very scary and a mean boss, but Aoi had a moment with him on the elevator where a guy was saying mean comments about her height since she’s taller than a normal girl, but Tomonari said he doesn’t care about if a girls height towers over him. Over time Aoi started to have a crush on Tomonari and couldn’t tell if he likes her since he never showed any signs until it was clear when Aoi passed out on a work trip and he ran to see her in the hospital and it was clear that he fell in love. Then they started dating and they were so adorable and they were a green flag relationship where they could tell each other anything because when Aoi felt uncomfortable because her undergarments were miss matched Tomonari said he doesn’t care about that and would rather have her be comfortable instead of look good. I would say the only bad part of their relationship was when Tomonari recommended Aoi to go to the Osaka Branch without her permission so she was sent away when she didn’t want to go, but I was glad they made up.
I personally disliked Sakamoto and Ichikawa’s relationship because their relationship became so childish due to Sakamoto always crying and always complaining about something being wrong with their relationship for example he was upset when she didn’t hold his hand and felt she didn’t like him anymore or when she distanced herself from him then he was upset. I’m also gonna bring up the fact that she rejected Robin (Ichikawa’s bed friend) who is so handsome for someone like Sakamoto that’s childish. I also didn’t like how they kept going back and forth about how they have a 8 year age difference, but it’s like what people say age is just a number.
Ozu and Oshima had a weird relationship in my opinion because it focused a lot on how Oshima wouldn’t pick anything out for their dates and always assumed that Ozu would not like him if he became fat or he wanted her to be comfortable, when Ozu kept saying that she doesn’t care about anything, but wants them to both be happy in their relationship.
I also assume there was supposed to be a BL couple which was Itami who was Aoi’s employee/intern and Kodai who was in the same department as Oshima and Sakamoto. They weren’t really in the show, but all we know is that Itami is gay and likes Tomonari and Kodai broke up with his girlfriend because she felt him and Itami were too close. Overall, this show wasn’t my favorite, but it depends on if you like the couples because I could deal with them majority of the time, so I would recommend this series if you like multiple couples.
