Refreshingly Different and Adult
This is an adult story not necessarily based on romantic notions. It is not ashamed of what it is. It is a love story that is sad yet hopeful at the end. This is a profoundly moving story shown through lustful eyes but with a realism that is so pensive. There are some profound enigmas in this story that leaves you with a sense of wonderment as to the depth of love one can have for another. There is such a wonderful blend of Italian food and music into this Japanese movie that is breathtakingly moving. But please be aware, it is not hide its sexuality.Questa recensione ti è stata utile?

What I Liked
- the Italian music
- that really muscular guy was so sweet (and he made me laugh a few times)
- showing the stress of caring for an aging/ill parent
Room For Improvement
- we needed more explanation, why did he go away for 7 years? I wasn't even sure why he returned/his relationship to the couple until I read the summary. I'm all for NSFW scenes, but they could have removed a couple and built the plot more.
