The vibe of both these series are similiar, two group of friends coming together, secret crushes becoming mutiual, and I just love these friendships in both series.. To be honnest wouldn't mind seeing a special where both groups from these series meet up.

Both shows are BL's that feature a chef/aspiring chef who enjoys making Thai cuisine and the food is the driving force which brings the main couple closer.

Both are Thai BL romance dramas loosely focused on food and desert-preparing.
Atleast one of the male protagonists have a deep childhood-trauma that impaired his life and is connected with his motherly figure. One of the protagonists is painfully shy.

Friends are very supportive of them except for two-faced jealous immature girl that tries to sabotage their budding relationship going as far as spreading false rumors, stalking, hiring lackey(s) to help, and even physical violence.

Both are BLs in which one of the characters cooks and touches the heart of the other with his food, while the other ML is richer and more famous/popular.

Both are romances where characters meet due to the chef character making something and the other eating it. In both one of the characters has difficulty eating (eating disorder vs. preferences). Both dramas deal with bullying and the emotional consequences.
