Both the drama and movie include the son of the FML going back in time to help their mom and dad be together.

A child 'time travels' back to the past when her parents were young. She wants to change her mother's fate by preventing her father and mother's teenage romance.

A chance to the son to change his mom's fate and as same as a chance to the father to make up for his mistakes and change his family's fate

Both of them are about the mother's son from the future time traveling to the past to help his mom get together with his dad. Both of them also made their presence known by introducing themselves to the mom.

The difference is in I Belonged to Your World, the person the son wants to set up his mom with isn't his birth dad (he wants his mom to live a better life by not marrying his birth dad) and the son is already much older. In Please Be Married, the person the son wants to set up his mom with is his birth dad and the son is much younger.

In "I Belonged to Your World", the FL's son travels back in time to prevent his mother from having a bad life. I got that same sentiment in "Twelve Letters".

In both dramas, the sons of of the FL's are selfless about their parents.

Both dramas will bring so much tears. So prepare tissue. LOTS of tissue.
Both have time travel story. But IBTYG involves the son time travel to the past to give his mother a better life while GBC involves a married couple went back to the time before they married
