Both have an assertive dominant, aggressive gangster-like man with a soft girl.
Both are sort of toxic relationships.

Both dramas have a doppelgänger FL in which one takes place of the other and plays the fiancé of the ML.

The begining of the drama has some similar elements. It starts in Italy. ML in both dramas is handsome and cold and speaks Italian. They both want to use FL for their own gain and they both have the same lighter :P

Both are revenge/reclaiming dramas with a similar vibe and the same director. Both exist in the same universe, with the leads of MLM making a cameo in ROTQ.

A bit similar as the FL in MLM (My Lethal Man) have doppelganger. Where as in Confidence ML have a plastic surgery.
In both the dramas the ML is having the hatred towards FL.

I think it is similar because the ml is at first like a "psycho"
